Generally it was fine apart from the room we booked months ahead of time was taken so we got put into a different room than we wanted. The staff member was also very rude that was checking us in. We travel to this area every couple of years and will not be staying here again.

The elevators were broken so we had to walk up 4 flights of stairs in wedges carrying luggage exhausted after a visitation the room was dirty bottle of water 2.00 decides to just get some out of th faucet and it tasted like sewage very disappointed for $

The staff was very polite and friendly. However this property is being renovation. Not a problem except a heads up would have been nice . Elevators went out and no notice no solution no help for me and my friend who is handicapped. 71 I carried her luggage as well as mine down the 4 flights. It defineatly was not the stay at the Hilton that I imagined.

The lobby was the nicest part of the hotel The entire hotel was rundown, the room was dated and worn. It was only worth about $90 at most.

The front desk manager that greeted us was very kind and friendly. The room was dingy, bathroom tub was mildewed. The carpet in front of our bed was damp and appeared to be coming from under the carpet. We put a towel over it so we could walk.The hook was broken off on the bathroom door and simply placed under the aink. We let the morning desk person know. He simply said he would inform someone. No further questions or way to make it right. Not worth the price that we paid, at all.

Management is trying very hard to make this property nice. I had some trouble with the climate control in the room and they should replace the doors to the rooms as they are old and stick. The room was very clean. The linens were clean and smelled nice. Large television. The breakfast could be a little better.
