The shower needed an update. There wasn't a microwave in the room. The breakfast bar was a disappointment for the price you paid. The staff were courteous and professional. The room was clean.

No free breakfast. Why pay $10 when we can choose Waffle House, or Bob Evans? First room was dirty, and toilet seat was not screwed down tight enough! Went down and talked to guy behind counter, he said he would take care of it. Came back later to a still dirty room. Talked to the lady behind the desk. Very nice! She said she had no one in maintenance, but gave us a suite! I noticed that the crappy foam mattresses is what we had in the regular room, but the suite had "real," spring or just a better quality of foam. I HATE those foam mattresses!!! I sweat like crazy on them! Burn them all and go back to the old spring and foam ones!

Room: peeling paint, chipped furniture, stains on the wall not cleaned, rust on the bathroom door frame, bathroom vent not working, tub/shower not level so water does not fully drain out of the tub. This is not appropriate for a Hilton property and the cost associated with the reservation.

I was taken aback when I saw the cost of the "Continental Breakfast" was 10-15$ if I recall. I was accustomed to this being complimentary.

The room was clean and the staff was nice. My only complaint is that we had no TV on Sunday as the cable went out. They claimed it was the fault of their cable provider.

Staff was friendly. Some things looked worn but notes were posted that they were renovating. Breakfast was delicious and the waitress was very friendly and helpful.

Nice outside Dated, worn and damaged carpet, elevator dirty, plumbing in shower hard to activate (spigot moved from wall).

Room was not super clean. Walls needed a good scrub along with doors. Weird splatters on them. Also pool area smelled really bad. Could be the construction. The pool gave my kids a really bad rash too. Definitely needs some be looked at.
