Best Western Plus Airport Inn & Suites

Love the size of the room very comfortable. Wonderful staff and breakfast was great. The location was not your best and the crime around area was worrisome.

Close to airport, clean, fresh. Very nice person at front desk when I checked in. Hotel provides Uber service to airport. Very good breakfast with lots of options. Surrounding area not walkable. I was not able to request the Uber to the airport from my room because they insisted on seeing my boarding pass first. Would they have refused me if I had planned to catch BART at the airport? Annoying.

Got me from the airport with Uber. Hailey at check in was very helpful. Forgot my swim suit, but the pool and hot tub looked inviting. Breakfast had hot and cold things to choose from. The area was a bit different. Not an area to go walking in.

It was very clean, up to date & close to the baseball stadium. We were informed that there had been car break in’s. That was a little unsettling.

The breakfast was good. The indoor pool was a plus. the area was a high theft and break in area, and I did not know. while I was doing the check in that was the first thing that the clerk told me after that I didn't feel save leaving my car in the parking lot.

Indoor pool and gym were awesome. Staff was very nice and breakfast was great. One sheet, pillow case, and towel had some small stains. Location isn't the best, but it's Oakland.

We booked two rooms, a queen room with two queen beds and a king room. The king room was very nice and spacious. The 24/7 hot water and hot chocolate and filtered drinking water freely accessible were very thoughtful features! The breakfast lady is very professional and warmly welcomed customers. We felt quite welcomed. breakfast items were fresh. Our queen room was a bit small, particularly the bathroom which felt dated The surrounding area is not as attractive

Very nice facility. Staff was wonderful. Inside pool and spa, even though we did not use, were an added bonus. see above. Room was spacious and more than we expected. Breakfast looked good, but we did not use.

The staff is amazing - too bad the bed sheets didn't fit the bed and they had an unpleasant odor. The pool and hot tub were not working which was one of the reasons I booked this hotel. The neighborhood is very sketchy, and they have an issue with feral cats.

Breakfast was decent. Small selection and not much in healthy choices. No exercise facilities. Rough area

No service technician was called to repair throughout our stay Hot water in shower was not working on occasion as well Feral cats roaming property, insect infestation in rooms, no housekeeping Dec 24/25, dirty public facilities, etc Staff is very rude, dismissive, unprofessional and overall poorly trained No manager on site to address our concerns and was also uninterested in discussing our concerns when finally ran into as checking out and over phone call Very very disappointed indeed

Close to the airport. Clean. I felt a bit unsafe there. There were notices about leaving your car and how the hotel could not be responsible for its safety despite the gate surrounding the property. There was a group of young men hanging out in the parking lot that did not seem to be staying there that was loud.
