Courtyard by Marriott Oakland Airport

The maintenance guy, black dude Jermaine really stepped up by having me change rooms because the tv didn’t get HBO. He was cool but the having to pay $3.50 for tea which every hotel I have been to it’s free. $6 for a coke $25 a night to park. The food was nothing to write home about and very expensive as well. Nice room , nice hotel and swimming pool.

This property is conveniently located about 5 minutes from the airport. The outside of the hotel was clean, and the lobby was welcoming and well maintained. My room was clean, and the air conditioner worked well, although it was a bit too loud for my liking. I turned it off and opened the window instead, which worked perfectly for me. The only downside was that the hallway carpet looked dirty and could use some attention. Parking at this hotel was $20. Per night.

Not very good hot water to cold showers. They’re in the process of getting cable TV so only like six channels.

Great park and fly option for a 2 day trip. Lyft drop off and pick up service was helpful. Parking car onsite is an additional $20 per day to factor in so the longer one is away the greater the added cost for the traveler.

Nice and clean room, with very helpful staff. Had a wonderful experience.

Very convenient for Uber to concerts at Oakland Arena. We've done it twice and love the proximity.

Our stay was very nice. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The only downside is the carpet under the ac was wet.

Breakfast is NOT included in the stay. Boo!

Easy access to airport and arena

The bed was the best part. Clean and super soft. We liked that we were able to use the washer and dryer. The carpets throughout the hotel were very dirty. The bathroom shower curtain was clean but not in the best condition. There was a spider on the ceiling and the room smelled strongly of smoke and humidity. The breakfast was ok for $20 for two people. Will not stay there again.

Everything is ala carte here. You want to park? It’s $24 per day per car. You want breakfast? It’s $41 extra. I just think that if you’re going to call yourself a Marriott, you should act like one.

This property has a lovely lobby--it is clean and well organized. The staff could have been more helpful but otherwise I enjoyed my stay.
