Room small, chanals on tv dont work

Friendly staff and the swimming pool. I love the idea of the bistro. The location is also very nice and secluded but not too secluded for inconvenience. I appreciated the convenience store being a block away as well. Well, false advertising. The bistro didn’t have a full menu or even a searchable menu. The tv situation was TERRIBLE nearly caused me to checkout early! Theres no Netflix or streaming services! Only news, sports and the showtime channel! Very very disappointing. The towels and bedding were dissatisfying and needed replacing for coffee and other stains clearly not being cleaned properly.

The front office is in total chaos!!! There were about 12 guests sitting in the reception when we got in - sure sign sign of something is off. We were told there is a wait of 30 minutes to register because of a new upgrade(?) I mean seriously, an upgrade causes this havoc. Later I found it was updated last week. Some guests were told the rooms aren't ready. So which is it? Taz (whateve her name is) was making a list. Obviously she did NOT go by the list as the folks that came about 45 minutes AFTER me were at the registration. When I confronted whats going on - why isn't the list being followed Taz said she is helping a customer. She got defensive and even threatened to cancel my reservation. At that point said WAT - just fo me to ask why the list isn't been followed. She turned on the full blown Karen mode and then started I feel you are too close to me, blah blah blah. All I said was I don't understand why you have a list and you're not following it. Obviously, she couldn't answer my question. The people were waiting for 2+ hours. We waited for 1.5 hours berfore we got our room. Fire Tez for sure - she has zero service/communication/people skills. She thinks she own Marriotts!!!

Poor experience

Tv channels didn't work. Carpets felt sticky and ripped along entrance. Very thin walls between rooms. Incredibly loud wall HVAC in both rooms. Dated and in need of a rehab. Shower built for a 5' tall person. Large cracks in yellowing shower tiles with what looked like mold in cracks. Showed up at 830 pm and one room wasn't ready. Hotel hardly had guests. I get it's an airport hotel, but still subpar. Bed was ok. Those are just highlights. Most staff were polite.

No smart TV and cable barely worked. No free coffee in the morning.

I had amazing two nights stay … payed for one bed but having extra bed … lol

Exceptional

Water would rise up from the sink when someome from a different room flushed for the 3 nights we stayed dirty water came

The carpet in the hallway was so dirty stained and smelled so bad of cigarettes smoke

AC unit was like a load jet all night, bathroom tub stained and looked dirty, bathroom grout dirty

Beautiful hotel, This is my 2nd time staying here. While staying in an ADA room, my only complaint is that I called the front desk TWICE (11a & 11:15a) for extra towels before checking out and never received them. I ended up having to get clean towels from a friend's room.

Very peaceful and convenient. I had a flight out the next morning and they gave me a complimentary Lyft ride. Very satisfied with the stay!!

Room was very nice, staff was very polite and accommodating. I would have liked a microwave in the room.
