Hotel is old. Rooms and property smell bad.

The sheets were dirty with stains upon checking out in the morning I showed the pictures to the front desk helper. The gentleman said I'll let the staff know to change the sheets... One spot looked like a blood stain I said. The man was not concerned.

There were cock roaches in the bathtub, my room was 1117. The bed was extremely hard. Noisy people in the hallway late into the evening. The food was not very good either.

Terrible. I called the front desk in the morning because I work at night, to make sure that my reservation extension came through, that I could stay in the same room, and to make sure that I didn’t need to come up to the front desk to do anything for the reservation before going to sleep. The front desk told me I was all set, everything was fine, And that I didn’t need to come to the front desk. Then, while I was sleeping, I was woken up several times by the phone ringing. When I would answer the phone, there was no response on the other end. Tried to go back to sleep. eventually the phone ring again interrupting my sleep. Then hotel security came to my door, waking me up again to tell me that actually I needed to come to the front desk to re-check in. Now I’m exhausted.

Horrible hotel, old and dated. Lack of security. Staff unresponsive. And was over billed for services not rendered.
