Great hotel with exceptional staff. Couldn’t be happier with our stay. Room was spacious & beds/pillows were so comfortable. Facilities were great and parking was easy. In town for concerts at the very nearby Oakland Arena.

Clarice was amazing! All the staff we uncontested were extremely pleasant. The bed was absolutely 5 stars!! Didn't like the floor in the bathroom..was dry i top..as soon as you step on the floor water comes from up through the cracks.

Close to airport the new shuttle service from the airport has problems. It took us to the wrong hotel.

Nice hotel with modern facilities and clean rooms. On-site restaurant/bar was a great place to catch a meal and watch a game! It's a hotel airport that charges $10 for a shuttle ride to the airport which is a mile away. It should be included with the room.

Clean place, very good restaurant bar with good food. The steak salad was excellent as well as the french fries and chicken wings.The workers were very friendly. I also liked the free shuttle at the hotel that would take you to the airport or the Bart line and pick you up. Also hotel was not far from the airport, just a few minutes. Hotel also had good snacks/food that you could buy outside of the bar time. The one thing I didn’t like about this hotel, the TV control. I could not watch Netflix or Hulu or anything. The TV control needs to be updated. Other than that I would definitely stay there again!

Good location, clean and comfortable. A motorcycle noise was a loud at the parking because of our room was the parking side.

The location was perfect for the arena and made getting to our event incredibly convenient. Overall, we had a great stay and I’d definitely stay here again!

Clean and safe environment for a single woman. It also has a good restaurant on site. It was a bit expensive but I gladly paid it for the safety factor.

It has a comfortable bed. Room is nice. It has a bar and restaurant.
