Chose this for the proximity to the airport, though we drove in from the Central Valley. Safe location. Short drive to the Bay Bridge to get to the city, short drives to the ferry stops, too. Really convenient location. Slept our family of 5 comfortably, but were not used to sharing one bathroom. Extra towels and blankets were readily available.

Stayed here twice and it has always been a good. It’s clean and kid friendly. The rooms are spacious. The free breakfast is also good, the gentleman working the breakfast was nice and accommodating.

The accommodations and location were fine. The staff did not seem to be up to speed in checking in or checking out of the facilities. The customer service (Front Desk) experience was sub par. More interactive with both the customer and the equipment in use. Possibly make eye contact and warmly greet the patron.

Super clean, quiet and the staff were amazing. There was a concert that evening and the hotel was sold out, however the entire experience, including dinner, made this stay a surprise as it was beyond a great value. Truly enjoyed my stay here.
