Very clean amenities, wife was panicking that it was “Oakland” and chewed me a little on that but the hotel grounds and outside felt safe even with family and little kids. Breakfast bar was clean and decent choices of food with scrambled eggs, bacon, choices of croissant sandwiches, waffles, toast and cereals.

I got an email that morning saying that my card didn’t go through. It said I had to pay before 1 pm or my reservation would be canceled. I called and took care of it. No problem. When I got there the front desk lady tried to charge me the full amount. I let her know that the funds had already been taken out and that I came there expecting to only pay the deposit. She argued with me until I showed her my transaction on my bank account. She then just charged me for parking and the deposit. I never have my physical card on me. You can apparently only pay with the physical card. Luckily my friend had hers. The room was nice. I just really didn’t care for the attitude of that staff member. The ones in the morning were friendly though.

I was there mid July and didn't hear a single plane. Being so close to the airport I had expected a very noisy experience but I was pleasantly surprised to have noticed zero planes.

Clean room but not enough toilet paper or Kleenex. Stay was comfortable and beds were very accommodating.

Clean room, great sofa with another bed that rolled out from under it ! Spacious enough! Breakfast was good , buffet style with the usual. Only thing I didn’t like was that the pool was rather small and no hot tub. Other than that it was great and I’ve stayed multiple times here.

eggs, bacon and quiche or eggs, sausage, and egg & cheese English muffin. No labels on warmers to let you know what the food is inside. Be aware not to leave any valuables or anything appearing as valuable in your vehicle, including trunk. No fault of the hotel, only the criminal activities throughout the city. The hotel does have cameras on the outside and I personally didn’t see too much activity like vagrancy near the hotel.

The breakfast was excellent! One of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve ever had. The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were super modern.

Great location to be able to get to the airport in the morning. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly.

They picked us up from airport and took us back, promptly!!! Food was great at the bar and grill! Service all around was excellent!

Very clean , and relaxing, I would definitely recommend staying here for a good night sleep. Breakfast is good and the bar area is perfect and relaxing for enjoying your afternoon, I've been here a couple time and strongly recommend

Paid 20 a night for parking and there was no parking we had to park a block away in a parking lot with a bunch of people that were having a random parking lot party. It was uncalled for. Bedding had stains, no soap in the bottles in the bathroom, and were stingy with blankets when we asked for extra.
