Really clean and comfortable ! Only issue was the toilet wouldn’t flush.

The young man that works the overnight shift I don’t know his name but I know he’s from Dallas Texas. Because we had a small conversation. He is awesome. The young girl that worked before he did it. She was also great. I’ll be back there in August 2026.

Very friendly staff. They had** a room open 2 hours before check in and let me in. As well as being able to leave my luggage for a few extra hours even tho I had to check out.

Close to where I needed to be. $20 dollars to park 1 night was over the top.

I thought that charging $23.00 per day to park your car was high.

I left at 4 am. There was coffee and some food for me. Who does that?! Nice!! The location is the best for flying. Nothing

Friendly staff! $10 airport transfer for there and back. Good breakfast and coffee and tea 24 hours. Would definitely stay again if I am ever in Oakland. Nice staff, Clean, comfortable, quiet, good breakfast

Staff was extremely rude and I got double charged and still waiting for them to correct it.

Upon arrival the front desk receptionist/Management came across irritated that I asked to use the restroom before we proceed with my reservation, Her attitude was negative and non professional, She disregarded my conversation by reacting to conflicts resolution very immature, Her communication skills came across very adolescent, Her customer service skills tells a lot about how she feel about herself??‍♀️ The location, I actually booked the wrong location accidentally
