The staff was amazing and helpful while I was there for a celebration of life for my college roommate’s dad. They were so supportive and responsive during this very difficult time.

where you can take a train to downtown San Francisco, both airports and nearby sporting events. The rooms are very nicely appointed and staff is very friendly and helpful. There is also a rooftop bar and restaurant that you can rent out for private events, I’ve been to an event there as well. Thank you Kissel Uptown

Really beautiful hotel! Room was very clean and well equipped, perfect for a weekend getaway. There were plenty of great places within walking distance which was key for us. Staff were all friendly and the valet process was quick and painless. 10/10 would stay here again.

Stayed for a night and it was enjoyable

Great staff, clean spacious room with outside seating. Good shower and bed. Loved the soft bathrobe! Breakfast at Otto’s was good. Valet parking was confusing/slow on arrival (Friday around 6pm). We didn’t use our in/out service the next day because of this, instead we took an Uber to visit the Oakland Zoo. Friends dropped us off in town.

This may have been my favorite hotel i've ever stayed at! Stylish, clean, great staff in a good location. Loved it!

I had the nicest, kindest front desk agent, Jaynae! We were laughing and crying at the same time. She was engaging and super smiley. She welcomed me for a late night check-in and was there, still smiling at 7a when I had to check out. Jaynae made my visit!! Thank you!

Clean and modern Price

Nice, sorta hip spot - looks like they revamped a boutique hotel. You enter to a great little vibe, bar on the left, and a very nice staff. Room was large and bright with a comfy bed. Did not try to the restaurant but the coffee was decent.
