La habitación sólo tenía una toalla, no había shampoo, jabón para cuerpo y la habitación no la limpiaron.

The location is pretty much central Oakland. It was easy to navigate from there.

Additionally: the advertised available parking was in an unsecured lot next door, was charged at $10 per day, and the lot was full when we arrived; the solution for this was that we had to park in the lot across the street to the tune of $75. Also disappointing, the available breakfast was limited to bread, with very minimal choices for fruit or protein. The upsides were: there were no pests or bugs, everyone was polite, and it’s a short walk to the BART.

The pictures on Expedia and on the Ramada site I looked at, does not look anything like the pictures in real life. We got there and there was NO room for anything but the bed that was in there. The restroom was bigger than the room. It made no sense. The area it was in was not the best area either. I didn’t feel safe. I love Ramada but I was very disappointed I got tricked.

They stole my car from the parking lot that we paid to park in at the hotel. The hotel did nothing about this and other guests in the same parking lot got there catalytic converters stolen.

Serves its purpose, a place to sleep afyer an event in Oakland. Cheaper than down the street but still close to the BART stations. Convenient though sketchy parking.

The Staff was Friendly & Helpful. Check-in Fast & Easy Next... This hotel is Efficient w/No Frills. Elevator is tight, hallways narrow (as if in its former life, it was a tenement SRO). The carpet has seen better days. Room was small & gave cause for pause... and made me rethink my choice 🤐 The view: a cement wall and pipes! The bathroom was spacious, well lit, well stocked with towels & toiletries in the shower. The water pressure was decent as well. Amenities... Coffee/Tea were complimentary. There were some breakfast items available as well; waffles, yogurt, fruit... Parking is available at an adjacent lot for $10. per day. Spaces are Tight & you will need some serious skills to get in & out. 2 guests cautioned against parking there, but I took my chances and all was fine. It's a coin toss on whether or not I'd stay at this hotel again...

The room was small but comfortable, clean, and safe. Odd detail, but I think the harsh white lightbulbs in the bedroom made it feel more dingy at first than it actually was. My room was interior-facing, so the window didn't let in natural light or fresh air. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nothing fancy but met my needs, and having coffee/tea available all day in the lobby was nice. Overall a basic but comfortable place to say on a solo work trip.

When I arrived at the hotel, I checked into my room and found it occupied. After searching for an unoccupied room, I discovered a tiny, incredibly small room with dirty sheets and poor bathroom ventilation. I strongly advise against staying here.
