Loved how clean and safe I felt during my stay love. The free breakfast and the restaurant they have very convenient I only had a small issue was the tv not working or the wifi other than that I was okay

This place was disgustingly bad and dirty. The room was dirty they definitely don’t clean the rooms after someone sleeps in it. There were toe nails clipping on the bed. The shower had either blood or feces in it. DISGUSTING!

Its the Ramada with wyndam and i like your hotels when I travel. The bed was comfortable and the tv worked well. However, the elevator made questionable noises once you were on the 6th and 7th floor. Once on the floor to my room the floors have a tilt and almost made feel like i was drunk. I don't drink. When i found my room it to had a tilt to it. Rug has a pulled area. sheets had a stain. water had little pressure. I had to just sit on the bed to get away from the tilt of the floor. I refused to use the elevator when leaving in the morning and walked down the 7 floors of stairs. There was no car parking. It was a gated area that you had to pay for, not mentioned. I paid for it and then unloaded my car. In the morning I had a ticket on the front of my car saying I hadent paid. Irritating. I will not be staying at this hotel ever again in Oakland and I have a cousin ICU so will be back to this town.

Overall, this stay was disappointing, and I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend. **2 out of 5 stars at most.**

When I arrived the had me sit and wait. Something about a fire inspection and having to cancel several reservations. Breakfast was good.

Staff was so friendly, no notes there! Older building but room was very clean and comfy. I traveled for business and will stay again:) (only complaint was coffee wasn’t good, and limited breakfast also no vending for snacks so pack accordingly)

- Around 4:30 a.m., I could not re-enter room 604. Replacement keys and staff’s attempt to restore the lock failed. - I was moved to room 607, but my belongings, medications, and toiletries remained locked in 604 until approximately 7:10 a.m.—about 2 hours 40 minutes. - Around 9 a.m., someone unlocked and opened room 607 despite my Do Not Disturb sign. Only the interior security latch prevented full opening. - At 11:30 a.m., I requested a resolution and was told the manager was unavailable. I requested a callback and provided my number. A replacement room did not restore access to my belongings or prevent further sleep interruptions. The prolonged lockout also raises concerns about emergency access, especially if urgently needed medication were inside. Reliable room access, privacy, and rest are basic expectations. This stay fell short on all three. I would not stay here again.

It was close to where we needed to go There were a bunch of fruit flies that came out of nowhere.

The room was extremely small with only one window that looked directly out on someone else's window. The bed cover had two large stains. The TV did not register color at all well. When I went down to breakfast the coffee was room temperature, apparently left over from the previous day. Later it was heated up somewhat.

A good, affordable hotel very centrally located in downtown Oakland and just two blocks from the 12th street BART. Room was reasonably clean, but careful attention should be paid to making sure mini fridges are emptied out and soap/shampoo bottles are filled/replaced. An issue with the shower head was handled immediately by staff. Decent breakfast and free coffee in the main lobby.

These hotel Are extremely clean, but they’re just old and a little bit close up for my liking not enough light! But I did have a decent time. Stay was nice and affordable. Pretty big homeless problem just outside but other than that very nice.

The staff were friendly and polite when we were at the hotel. The property was okay, but unfortunately, our overall experience was affected by the issues we had with the payment and check-in. The location was much farther from downtown San Francisco than we expected, and getting around by taxi was extremely expensive. There were also quite a few homeless people around the area, which made us uncomfortable at times. The biggest issue, however, was the payment situation. I understand that a card payment can occasionally be declined, and I had no problem accepting that possibility. However, I was able to use the same cards at another hotel without any issues, so I wanted to provide my bank with confirmation that the payment had actually been declined. I contacted the hotel several times asking for documentation or evidence of the declined transaction, but they never provided it. Because of this, I had to change hotels and was left with a pendig charge on my account without the documentation I needed to resolve the issue with my bank.
