Easy check in process and rooms were spacious and clean.

We had a very nice stay the room was clean The staff was very nice. Answered all of our questions. Valet was nice and friendly. The breakfast was really good. everything was cleaned at the location, the hallway, the elevator and the room. I don’t have any complaints about that location in Oakland I would go back again.

The shower was a little dirty when I first arrived which means it was cleaned well enough. There was a piece of hair and the floor part was dirty.

The staff was helpful and friendly, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay for our family.

Booked through Expedia and payed in full. Nowhere in the property description did it disclose any age restrictions. I was refused entry at check in due to my age and was promised a refund. A week later I still have not received a refund and they have not answered any of my messages.

Everything amazing. Please keep in mind the valet parking fee was 50 dollars perday.

The breakfast was great. Loved the choices The outlets my the beds didnt work, so couldn't plug anything in. The shower pressure was not the best. The view from our room was laughable.

I always enjoy staying at this hotel. The staff are really friendly, the hotel is very clean and they have FULL LENGTH MIRRORS! I really enjoy their breakfast. My only complaint is the the elevator is ungodly slow.

That they offered breakfast. That the hotel wasn't properly staffed and there was a long wait help, was placed on hold on the phone so long I hung up. That parking lot was only opened till 12:30am

Room was super spacious and clean. Hotel is conveniently located near BART station and the Chinese food options nearby are amazing. I would stay here again for sure!!
