Had a nice stay here for the short biz trip for which I was in town.

Clean room. No parking on location, and was not mentioned when booking the room. Had to pay for valet $50/night and they stopped valet after midnight, which was an inconvenience when we returned from a concert late. No help from the front staff for parking after valet was closed. We were given a list of parking garages that were all temporary closed. When we brought it up to the front staff, they shrugged their shoulders. No parking @2am in a city that I am not from.

Kayla at the front desk was exceptional. So friendly. So helpful. So positive, with a bright personality that uplifts your day. Someone like that at the front desk impacts your stay as much as all the other review categories combined.

My tv didn’t work. And when I called them at 8 PM, they said the maintenance man had already went home and there was nothing we can do about it and they couldn’t switch these rooms cause they were sold out.

This was an easy check in hotel with nice clean rooms and a nice lobby with plenty of seats. Breakfast is good and free and gets you ready for the day. What more can you ask for?

The location is good. close to the city/airport. Breakfast was just average but it was OK.
