The hotel building and room overall were very clean and felt modern but the restroom was awful. Keep in mind you will not have privacy. The door does not lock, it's one of those annoying sliding doors. If you are sharing a room with other people, they will hear all your business. Other than that the breakfast was good and the room was clean but because of the bathroom I don't think I will stay here again.

Room was clean, staff we’re really helpful and pleasant and the breakfast was great… The hotel’s location really worked for us as we had to travel into San Francisco (train station is 2 blocks/5min walk away) and also visit family in Oakland. Overall, a great hotel👍

The front desk staff were very helpful, and the breakfast each morning was always fresh and well stocked delicious!

We had to leave a concert early to get back before locked out. We ubered the rest of time

Everything was wonderful, sad. They didn’t have a pool, but I understand in the location. It was probably not feasible.

We had a very nice stay the room was clean The staff was very nice. Answered all of our questions. Valet was nice and friendly. The breakfast was really good. everything was cleaned at the location, the hallway, the elevator and the room. I don’t have any complaints about that location in Oakland I would go back again.

The shower was a little dirty when I first arrived which means it was cleaned well enough. There was a piece of hair and the floor part was dirty.

The staff was helpful and friendly, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay for our family.

Booked through Expedia and payed in full. Nowhere in the property description did it disclose any age restrictions. I was refused entry at check in due to my age and was promised a refund. A week later I still have not received a refund and they have not answered any of my messages.
