The staff was great

When we first checked in the man that was helping us wasn’t helpful at all we asked him about the parking and all he said was “Well it’s $50 a night.” We didn’t care about the price. We just wanted to find where the parking structure was and all he said was go around the building. Then once we got to our room, everything was nice and clean, but the TV didn’t work it would glitch and it would take forever to load when we were trying to sign up for the Wi-Fi. We were having trouble so we went downstairs to see if we could get some help from the staff and all they said was give it an hour, it should work and the Wi-Fi never worked. So we were there for 2 1/2 days with no Wi-Fi. The front desk employee, Safan, was very rude and not helpful when asking to help find our room. Lastly, no free parking. It is $50 for one night of parking and $60 if you want valet per night. Would never stay here again.

Centrally located. The room wasn’t well ventilated, no venting system in the bathroom making it overly hot when showering as well as dump smell if AC isn’t in use.

Wonderful stay

Should have had parking included. Thought I got this, but ended up with two reservations going at the same time. Could not delete one- just had to guess which one had parking included and guessed wrong.

Great location, helpful staff, quiet rooms, lovely ballroom, decent food options and lively neighborhoods nearby. Walkable things to do. Jack London Square is great!

This was a great clean, safe property, with great staff, and amenities. Very aesthetically pleasing, with a classy look and great art. The down side is the $55 a night valet parking fee which is high but worth it, if you value your automobile, and your safety. Also, the valet staff lost my leather key fob cover, which I hope will be brought up as a teaching moment in their next staff meeting. Attention to details when dealing with car keys is needed.

The rooms, staff, amenities and services were clean and just exceptional. The area is so convenient and not far from San Francisco and the tourist spots

Clean room

I thought rooms are soundproof, but nope, my neighbors were talking and walking around midnight, waking me up, i was hearing everything. Not worth the price, spend around 300 per nigh for this. Rooms, shower, bathroom and beds are ok. Breakfast is not free.
