The Appartament was functional and clean and the location was perfect! The breakfast closed at 9 super sharp and even the coffee was gone … it’s a shame: a bit more flexibility and longer hours would give a huge benefit.

Negatives: Bathroom towels were mediocre and the water pressure in the shower was not great. Valet is expensive at $50/day plus tipping.

Room was still dirty when I checked in (food on the floor, hair on the chair and in the shower). But the bar staff was great!

It is great that rooms come with kitchen, like studio apartment. Very clean and cozy. The breakfast on the third day was a little scarce.

The hotel was overbooked and my reservation wasn’t honored. I was made to wait over an hour to be provided with two room options that didn’t meet the reservation details. I had to stay in a smaller room and was promised a refund. I called back twice and was given different information and ultimately told they couldn’t refund me but could give me points. I disputed the charge with my credit card but hasn’t been resolved.
