Great place to stay. Close to many restaurants. It’s clean, comfy, and breakfast is included. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the area.

Breakfast was the only thing that we felt did not live up to the other amenities on the properties.

Was a one day staff so didn’t use much but the short period we had no issues and got an early check in on a busy weekend!

Wifi didn’t work on my phone once, room was nice for a junior suite, tv was really small, bathroom was even smaller. Breakfast was decent but the same every day but it was close to a lot of restaurants downtown. The staff was nice but when asked for turn down service I only got a light room wipedown and new towels. The pool, fireplace and waterfall were nice to hang out by but the gym was pitiful. Overall, it was passable but could’ve been much better.

The person in the evening when I arrived was miserable and not very helpful at all. I was only there one night, needing to break up my drive to ATL. Honestly I wish I chose another hotel. But it served its purpose

Loved this stop! Late night check in but has a little section to get ice cream or drinks. It’s 3 floors, has elevator & I found a baggage rack! I love the shutters on the windows, the tile floor and 2 bathroom sinks were outside the toilet/shower area. Bigger mini fridge, safe & microwave in the junior king room. Air was a mini split that was not loud & controllable. Wish I got to check out breakfast or the pool. 2 minute jump back onto 75! Great stop!

The place was very clean and comfortable and was a great value. The lady who checked me in wasn't very friendly or helpful. And with it being my first time staying there it took a while to find my room.

lovely place to stay. My only complaint was that people were sitting in the middle of the complex till very late and you can hear everything. Nice area in the middle of complex with chairs and good vibes as well as pool. And between rooms there's a big gap between the doors people next door were noisy and woke us up at 6 . otherwise location, amazing . breakfast cute. coffee 24 /7 .

The started doing construction at 8 PM on a Sunday night in the next room and said they were going to 11pm. The rooms were filthy and there were homeless people living un their cars in the parking lot .

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Equus. The staff was friendly, our room was clean, the property was clean and well maintained. The courtyard and pool was a plus. It was very peaceful too. We loved that it was close to everything.

It would be helpful to have a designated smoking area away from the main social areas, especially the fireplace. On warm days, particularly when temperatures are above 75°F, there is really no need to have the fireplace on. The cushions in the common areas could use more frequent cleaning, and the area around the elevators could benefit from some painting and maintenance. Trash left in the hallways should also be collected more frequently. It would also be helpful to inform guests at check-in that housekeeping service must be requested if they want their room cleaned during their stay. Overall, we had a good experience for the price, and with a little more attention to these details, the hotel could be even better.
