We really liked the place, it was clean and super easy to find. We got in late to Ocala working in Orlando the next morning and found an easy access, really affordable hotel for not a lot of money. The only complaint I have is that my business partner and I walked into the office and were immediately greeted with distaste and utter rudeness. She was unwelcoming to say the least. I’ve never felt like a bigger problem to a host than when I encountered this young woman. She wouldn’t make eye contact, was very unhelpful. Truly rude to the extent that had it not been 2 in the morning and we were dying for rest and had already paid, I would have most certainly turned around and told her to keep the keys. I told her we had two rooms booked and tried showing her the confirmation on my cell phone. She wouldn’t make eye contact or even look at the reservation. Her exact words were, “ I don’t want to look at that” and continued to act severely annoyed by our presence. I understand as a business owner how hard it can be to find decent personnel but she missed the mark by a mile. I hope to have a better experience if we choose to stay there again in the future.

Great hotel. Comfortable bed
-
Había variedad en el desayuno. Y estaba súper limpio.

Breakfast was the only disappointment as there just wasn't enough food to go around, but with a Cracker Barrel right down the street, we hardly noticed. All else was reasonable, given this is essentially a motel that was significantly upgraded.
-
Only issue was pool was closed for no reason other than didn't go unlock it after being asked my many parents.
-
its clean you have to call to have your room cleaned. Breakfast was ok, location is pretty good have many eating places around walking distance

Everything was Great and the area
-
Renovated and clean. This is what matters.

Excellent room, especially considering the reasonable rates--very competitive when compared to other nearby hotels. Seems like an older motel property that was repurposed and renovated with nice room amenities -- very nice sinks, showers, and plantation shutters. We stayed twice while travelling on both directions of a trip. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms. Very clean bathrooms, sink, and room in general. Comfortable beds. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful -- always cleaning the common areas, and breakfast area. Breakfast was basic, but very nice and has what you need to get started in the morning. Many nearby restaurants. Highly recommended.

They need to work on their breakfast and also they do not have a bar

The hotel was very clean and felt safe. We used the swimming pool, and everything was well maintained. The breakfast was good, and the lady attending the breakfast area was very kind and kept everything clean and well stocked. I really appreciated the excellent service and would definitely stay here again.

Staff was good, breakfast was good, enjoyed the pool. Would recommend it and stay there again.

The room was clean and basic. Bed slept well but it was not the best atmosphere. Kinda of scary. Got there late and the staff was unhelpful and didn’t give full information about how to get to room. When I asked if elevator didn’t even explain where it was. Outside felt dirty but room was clean.

Really good hotel, very big and spacious. Big refrigerator and the beds were very comfortable. Best hotel for its price.

The room was great. Slept well. This is an “old style” motel with rooms that open outside. The only bad thing was we saw 3 small roaches in our room. That was unnerving!
-
It was okay! Staff could have been more friendly at check-in! The one lady appeared bothered when I ask her a question! Like I said it was just okay! I would not stay there again!

Bummer the pool closes so early so no night swimming. :/ and coukd have been a little cleaner. Beach towels were at front desk and convenient. The room is nice, and was good for one night. When we first go there the Internet and TV were not working in our room, when we called down they sent someone and fixed it within 10 minutes! We did use the lit up gazibo and table to eat our hotel meal. Walmart is pretty close if you forget anything. Breakfast was convenient. Overall a nice stay Peace be with you
