Best Western Ocean City Hotel & Suites

The hotel rooms and bathrooms appeared outdated. The various hardware items seemed rusted or aged. Dust was present on the lampshades. An unpleasant odor permeated the room. In my opinion, this Best Western hotel did not meet the standards of other Best Western locations elsewhere. The front desk staff lacked warmth or hospitality. Overall, I was dissatisfied with this hotel and would not consider staying there again in the future.

The location and the staff!! The rooms smell like bad mold!! Severe mold!! Either the carpet or the bathroom in combination with AC!! The quality of the room air is terrible!! You don’t see the mold in the room but you DO see in the bathroom on the ceiling !

The property was not cleaned, the room had dust on everything and the bed felt like a roller coaster. The breakfast was HORRIBLE, my husband spent a lot of money on this room and to be disappointed. The air conditioner made noise as if it was raining outside. Also, the carpet had a weird smell as well. Just horrible experience in all. They need to refund my husband.

What I loved - Devin at the front desk! He’d make me want to stay here again. I had a personal issue with my vehicle and he cared and checked on me. So very friendly and kind.

Superb

The room was clean. The staff was very kind and courteous. My stay was very enjoyable. My only drawback was that the hotel ran out of eggs, pancakes and yogurt for their free continental breakfast one morning. I mainly booked my stay there, so we did not have to buy breakfast at a restaurant. Other than that, the stay was fine. I would stay there again.

The staff were nice and very helpful.

Wouldn’t stay again. It was cheapish, amenities suck, no pool, 4th floor hallway appeared very dirty and smelled like armpits. The room smelled weird also and everything felt damp. Beds were okay. Staff were very nice, however.

Staff was very friendly and pleasant all the time we were staying there. Room was very clean and plenty of linens each day. We found the breakfast buffet had great hot and cold choices. We stay there again as our first choice of any hotel in the area. Excellent value for the money!!

More something better breakfast Also check out time to early 1pm okay . Thanks for your hospitality

Staffs are very friendly and nice. Overall our 3 nights stay was pretty good. I would come back... really hope they have better selection of breakfast and cleaner bathroom.
