Best Western Ocean City Hotel & Suites

Breakfast didn’t have much of variety. It’s a 2 star hotel.

The front desk was very good!

overall it is a good hotel. But it’s really noisy during the night, since our room was assigned next to the ice machine. Also the water for the bathroom was very slow and small.

It was worth staying

The staff at the front desk. They were so kind and pleasant. Our room was available to check into 4 hours before the typical 4:00pm check in time, which was absolutely amazing. There was a horrible smell in the elevator the entire time-like old food, must, and marijuana. All night long there were doors slamming, people talking loudly in the hallways, movement all up and down the halls, which made the floors creak constantly. I had the air conditioner running, the fan on in the bathroom, and a tv on, all in attempt to block out the noise…it was a fail. I got a combined max of 2 hours of sleep due to the nonstop sounds. Public bathroom on the 1st floor needed a really good cleaning-toilet paper everywhere on the floor, gunk around the counter and soap dispenser, just in general it felt dirty. Could have spent way less to stay somewhere else, had I know this was going to be how my stay here went.

The location is amazing!! Within walking distance of the beach and many great restaurants. Wasn’t properly cleaned, sand was in the corner of the room and there was floss hanging off the sink in the bathroom. Also there was not warm/hot water at the sink.

The room was of course a lil bit pricey. However it’s in a great location everything was nice and clean. The staff was great . The breakfast wasn’t bad at all. The older lady the prepares breakfast was sweet . I even tipped her and told her how good of a job she was doing. Really no complaints at all . I definitely would stay again.

The room was cozy and clean. Customer service was excellent. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Location was excellent. Although I don’t have much to say about the room, the bed mattresses could use an upgrade. Room 403

Location was great, staff was wonderful, room and bed very clean and comfortable. However, breakfast could have been better.

Unfortunately the room is damp so our swimsuit never really dried. We arrived at 1pm and our room was ready. Easy walk to the beach!

Spacious room, great location, lacking in amenities, underwhelming hotel breakfast. Most staff were very polite and helpful with the exception of one.

Nice and peaceful

The location was good. We had to drive to the boardwalk but that was ok. The breakfast was not good. There was no meat option either day. Had to eat cereal both days.

It was our first time visiting OC and it was a pleasant stay at BW. The staff is friendly and helpful. The check in & check out processes were quick. I’m only skeptical about the property - its condition, decor, and layout. The building seems new from the outside but from the inside it’s older. Evidently. There is only one elevator in the lobby. The carpet and furniture makes the room very dark and bulky. The breakfast is okay. We just tried it once and then chose to eat outside. Overall, the experience was good.
