Dirty bed had urine all over the mattress. Asked to replace it no one answered.

Nice hotel! Great views and location.

This property was stunning from the moment we walked in. Truly a beautiful place for a family stay.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The hotel needs a little work. The door to our room didn't close properly. The pullout bed was terrible. The air conditioning was poor. Not worth the price.

Great views and spacious rooms. Convenient parking with ev charging was the best.

Breakfast was good and staff were helpful.

Was a great location. The rooms were huge and very clean. The hotel was very nice and everyone was so helpful. The pool was very nice and had food and a bar at the pool. No issues getting a table or chairs at pool. Only a block from the beach. Had to have maintenance come up to unclog the tub and he just came in without us opening the door for him. My daughter had to run because she was changing.

How spacious the rooms were The breakfast continental breakfast style is not what I had in mind. I’ve read the reviews of full breakfast. Also, the furniture is outdated and dirty. I was not expecting that as well as the location was a bit further away from the attractions and local shopping

We enjoyed our stay and would come back. However, the A/C didn’t put out cold air at night and the shower only ever got mildly warm except for a hot burst every 3 minutes or so. They also have a $15 per day charge for parking. Overall we liked it though.

The room was not clean. Stained sheets we didn't see until the morning after we slept in them. Our eroom was not ready at 4 o'clock Floors were sticky, even the carpet. Carpets were frayed. TVs would go off and back on. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was supposed to be out at 6 and didn't open until 630. The rest of the facility was very clean and inviting. You have to pay for parking which I think anyone who pays the amount charged to stay in the hotel, parking should be included. This is our third hotel in Ocean City, I think we will try another next time.

Loved the room we got. The location, the pool area was great. Hotel was very clean. We skipped the breakfast food, only dislike we had.

Stayed here before and will continue to when visiting. Amenities are great, rooms are clean and staff are nice. Close walk to the beach from the hotel.

The placement and view were nice. Feel like got the run around when contacting the hotel. Called and asked about early check in. Was informed we could go to the hotel and request. When getting to the hotel and asking about early check in they stated they would call when the room was ready. I never received a call. Also received multiple emails with confirmation codes and different pricing. Which they said was because of booking through a third party. The dining/bar was okay. One bartender was great as the other one told us they have no servers and we needed to order at the bar for food.

EverythingI look for in a great stay was at this property. Location, cleanliness, comfortable in everyway and great staff! Loved having a kitchenette with basic utensils and dishware. The rooms were so quiet you felt like you were the only ones in the hotel. Nothing

Room is spacious and well-decorated. Cookware and utensils are provided, as well as dishwashing equipment (surprised). The landscape view from the balcony is outstanding. Amenities in the bathroom covers all basic needs. Room's carpet was a little bit damp, however, there was no disturbing odor or fume. Pillows are soft, a little too soft, but that's personal preference.

Highly recommend beautiful views.

clean, great breakfast, very good room. the pool area could use some attention, its dated and they need to figure out how to keep the sea gulls out of the pool, very unsanitary. the inside pool was nice but the level of chlorine was really high enough to burn your eyes. location is okay but if you want to walk the boardwalk your too far away

Clean and very nice staff, love the location and hotel is nice My picky fiancé didn’t like the breakfast, but our kids loved it. I did wish they had more options I’m a type 2 diabetic and can’t do to much sugar food
