Very clean

Everything was nice and clean, the beach was right up the street from where we stayed at and the staff members were very nice and helpful

Location Good front desk, people

There should be a separate floor for pets due to allergies. For the cost of $450 per night my sisters and myself should not have had to deal with constant dog barking and dog’s lunging at us at the elevator. Also, the odor of the dogs was overwhelming.

Bad

The staff were phenomenal. Fontaine, was especially helpful. The breakfast was great We plan to come again soon.

Pretty good location. Cute shops near it within walking distance. Pretty good breakfast. Love that that is included. There is a $75 charge to check in early which was not disclosed prior to arriving. Stupid $10 parking fee again why is that not included? Was supposed to have a water view and we did not. There is not an option for stairs from the first floor unless the door was propped open. Multiple scanners broken. A lot of mold in the bathroom due to no fan. The bed is like a rock. Very uncomfortable. Pocket door to bathroom is very hard to open and close.

Good Hotel

Very good

The front desk staff was excellent! The breakfast buffet was plentiful with so many options. The lobby coffee was always hot and full thru the day. The staff kept a little treat basket on the desk, which was very nice. Since it was a dog friendly hotel, they also offered treats for our fur baby. The location was excellent, and short rides to all Ocean City had to offer. 35 minutes to Assateague and a dog friendly beach, 15 mins north to State Beach and another dog friendly beach location. We had a maintenance issue, and there was a leak in the kitchenette area. They came promptly and diagnosed the issue as a leak from the fridge, put a towel down. Problem solved, until the next day and there was more water on the floor near the sink and not the fridge. They came back check as much as they could under the sink area, checked next door with no resolution other than laying old ripped towels on the floor. The second issue was the very bad stained carpet directly outside our door. Kinda unappealing to walk by an old vomit stain. The third thing was the bathroom seemed clean but dimly lit. . The housekeeping team had swifters but no mop that I could see. Im old school and like a mop, disinfectant clean that you can smell. I wore socks in the room, let's just say they didn't stay white. I will go back but be more insistent about where my room is.

Place was great .. Clean and Complementry Breakfast is a plus

Breakfast, pool, gym and access to the beach.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the delicious buffet as it had a lot of healthy and a huge variety of options.
