Home2 Suites by Hilton Ocean City - Bayside, MD

We enjoyed our stay here. Only issue was they seem to have a towel shortage. Other than that it’s a great location and close to a lot of things! Easy walk to the beach and our boys enjoyed fishing off the dock!

The hotel was very clean, but there was one thing I didn't like: everywhere else you can pre-check in so your room is ready by 4:00 and they just send you a text to let you know, but at this place the person was very rude and said we had to come back at 4:00 because they didn't do pre-check in.

The staff was friendly and helpful.

Great location, clean, great breakfast

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had lots of options.

Charged for parking on uncovered lot when online information says there is a charge only for covered parking. When you are the one paying over $200/night for the room why should you have to pay for parking, especially when street parking is very limited. And no one wants to hear (from front desk staff) that the reason for the added parking charge is because a lot of the hotels are doing it. Broken light fixtures in the room that were not working on a previous visit still not fixed, leaving seating area very dim. Front desk day staff not very friendly or accommodating; this alone, plus the parking charge, will keep me from staying there again.

Check-in the day of arrival was delayed 30 minutes due to room not ready. $40.00 credit card charge to my card for unseen formalities during my stay. Charged $20.00 out of $40.00to card 3 days after check-out. Room was left clean!!

The breakfast was plentiful even towards the end of the hours, the room was clean and large enough for our large family and even the puppers enjoyed his stay. We will be back!

The breakfast was really good, good selection of breakfast food. They charge ten dollars a night to park. I don’t think they should charge you anything when you stay there .

The first room given was extra with coffee spilled all over the flat surfaces, and the previous occupants must have had a dog with them that had an accident. The room stunk of dog pee.

The room was clean and had all we needed. The amenities were great. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Kayla. The hotel was in a great location. I would stay again.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was you typical fast food buffet style food. The room and overall property was clean and well maintained.

It was a chill location near everything

It was decent for the few hours I needed it for. Me & my grandkids we went to the beach for a day trip. So it was to rest, shower & change our clothes after. The indoor pool was dirty, the room had a weird smell but nothing lysol & air freshener couldn't fix, the bed felt old like the springs was poking me. Oh the front desk didn't greet me just went right in to give me my room key. After asking was she ok, she kinda changed the energy. She did tell me about the breakfast in the morning but we wasn't staying to get breakfast. Overall the room was clean and parking was ok Host energy, the bed, the smell

Clean rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff

We loved this property. The gas grills were amazing one of the grills has an issue with the temperature gauge but no big deal. The breakfast was awesome!

Not so good: Hotel.com and the Home2 suite website didn’t mention about the daily parking charges. Delicious breakfast sandwiches were no longer available but the picture was still posted in the elevator. The hotel should consider bringing it back. Thank you.
