Sea Bay Hotel

Had to ask to have my room cleaned and bed made. Was done one time during my 4 night stay. Did not know if that is the norm, but would have been helpful to have known in advance.

Great location.. staff is super helpful.

Where do I begin I don’t understand why hotels don’t have people working anymore came in to the hotel at 9pm and no one was there had a sign to go a mile away to check in at another spot and then come back that’s so lame to do beds where hard as rocks pillows where small and cheap water got shut off for one hr in the morning when I was leaving you guys are scammers

Nice rooms, close to the Beach & Fagers Island, convenient Breakfast spot.

This property checks all the boxes. Room was clean and cold. What more do you need .

On a positive the pool was clean and area neat.overall this hotel is worn but probably does well do to the three most nothings in lodging; location, location, location. Front desk staff was friendly, TV in the room was terrible.

The room was relatively clean and had everything I needed for a night's stay. Nothing fancy. I did appreciate the coffee pot in the room

A heads up. The shower is extremely thin. Other than that, this is an excellent stay.

Overall our stay was good. There was supposed to be a vending machine. It was empty our entire stay. Bathroom fan did not work. Some garbage under bed. Other than that it was pretty good. Room was nice.

Cafe as well (and excellent coffee). Two pools, comfy beds, clean rooms.

I had to clean the air filter filter filters in the air conditioner unit they were so dirty

Since then, the main building is now a Best Western, and the Sea Bay is only the older building on the back bay. There is some old world charm to the building itself, however the beds are very uncomfortable, pillows collapse to nothing, and the TV service is archaic. It could use some updating and seems as if it’s an afterthought compared to the main building. Parking underneath is super convenient to stay dry and in the shade! That being said, the stay was good otherwise and they let us check in early free of charge. It’s a pretty quiet location and the AC worked well. I would stay again but would probably opt to go back to the main building.

The floor felt dirty, like it has not been vacuumed since the carpet was installed. The bed was stiff as a board, super uncomfortable, nothing made us want to come home to our own bed more than that night. Overall experience was more like a over priced motel than a hotel. Never again.

Great location! Basic no nonsense hotel that was perfect for a weekend getaway!

The only issue I had was the woman at the front desk was not so friendly. I would have given 5 stars all the way but she left a sour impression. She should probably be working in a different environment other than hospitality.

Just okay.

For a smoke free facility, it really wasn’t. People just don’t respect other guest anymore. Their puff is more important. But that shouldn’t reflect on the hotel. So the hotel gets a good rating from me.

Cheap hotel, ants in our room, mold in the toilet. The front desk is closed and you have to go to the best western next door for everything.
