Kokomo Suites

Great place overall!

Great place to stay for a little girls get away. Room was clean and felt safe. Little house of pancakes across the street had a great breakfast too!

Very clean! Staff was friendly! Great pool! I loved everything I will definitely come back here again.

The location and the value for 5 nights was great. It was dirty, was charged an early check in fee when there was not a soul on the property so it’s not like they had to rush clean or anything. It was off season. seemed like a money grab. there was black mold all over the dishes.

Exceptional

I had the BEST time at Kokomo suites! The front desk staff was so welcoming, kind, and professional! My room was so cute and there were so many amenities including a STOVE and a door out to the pool featuring 2 chairs! The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and the location was so close to so much of OC. Highly recommend and Im already planning my return visit!

We love the location. They have no elevator

Rooms clean, very close to the beach and pool is amazing. Just the steep steps to get to upstairs rooms.

Subieron los precios cuando quería quedarme más tiempo de estancia ahí

This was a last minute booking for us mid September. It is so close to the water, the pool was still available, the restaurant had such a good breakfast a very reasonable prices .. front office staff were very quick with check-in and friendly . My family would definitely stay here again

Great location Everything is fine

Exceptional

The staff were excellent, very nice and helpful. The room was clean. The pool was a great, very well maintained. The WiFi was terrible. Could not get it to connect to our room and the tv froze a lot. Those were the only 2 negatives, everything else was perfect for our stay.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay. Very spacious rooms Nothing

Superb

The bright rooms and fresh remake ofnthe hotel. The staff is helping to fix the problem but the clientele at the hotel while we were there was like 90s party town all over again. High schoolers partying till 5 am.

Price was great, Pool was awesome, Parking was pretty good. The steps on the far side were very steep from the ground floor to the second floor.

Sufficiently. It was uncomfortable for sleeping. Steep steps are a challenge if walking is hard for you. The pool was nice, clean .

Internet didn’t work anywhere but office. Tv froze all the time and the furniture was beaten up. But they cleaned property twice a day and the pool everyday. Beds sucked maybe the size of small double. Air conditioners were in bad spot hard to cool room properly.

Nice place. Huge pool. 3 beds in each room, if you count the pullout couch. Worth the price.
