Kokomo Suites

CON: Pool closes at 8:00pm … not good for families with kids on vacation 😭 please consider extending the hours.

La salle de bain avait été rénovée depuis notre dernière visite et elle était impeccable. La chambre était bien équipée avec plusieurs articles de cuisine, notamment des ustensiles et des chaudrons, ce qui est très pratique pour les familles. Le personnel a toujours été serviable et courtois, et la chambre était entretenue tous les jours. L’emplacement est un gros avantage : l’hôtel est situé très près de la plage. Avec de jeunes enfants, c’est vraiment idéal. La piscine était propre et bien entretenue. Une petite amélioration serait de nettoyer le fond de la piscine plus souvent afin d’enlever le sable qui s’y accumule. Le seul point négatif de notre séjour a été l’air climatisé, qui ne fonctionnait pas très efficacement. Malgré ce petit inconvénient, nous avons constaté une belle amélioration par rapport à notre dernière visite et nous n’hésiterions pas à revenir. Nous recommandons cet hôtel aux familles qui recherchent un endroit propre, pratique et bien situé.

Clean rooms, Kitchen, Pool and Parking

This place has a lot of character. Certainly a lot of color! Good for photo ops. The patio was very relaxing and it is fun seeing everyone outside at night. The pool area was great. Close to beach, late night deli, and a cute surf shop. The diner wasn’t too bad either!

We had just left quality Inn beach front from 6/28 to 7/2 . We decided to stay extra day but they didn't have any rooms left so we booked extra night at kokomo suites. Now mind you there has been several times at many different hotels that we checked in a little early like the most an hour early if home was ready. We got to kokomo suites about 30 mins before check in to inquire if possible to get into our room if ready. The young lady at the desk said oh it will be a 10.00 extra charge for that, Now I could see if we were hours early trying to check in. She said our room was ready before even mentioning the 10.00 extra fee. First off I have traveled and stayed at many places through out the country and U.S never have a heard this one. I questioned her and no answer as to why the charge . I said it is what it is cause I had small children And I mentioned that I would pay it but not happy. There was another girl behind desk and she said oh im sorry she is training and we can wave the 10.00 fee for checking into a room that was ready half hour early. I am already a little put off , we go to room I get in shower and go to look for hair dryer which none to be found in room. I call office and she says we'll you are going to have to come to office to get the hair dryer. I said really I just got out if shower and is there no one yo bring to room. She says nope. ... so I lug my children down 3 flights of steps to office to get hair dyer. I get back to room and notice a pan under

The stay was horrible, very unsanitary roaches, no parking, our room had blood stained linen they tried to apologize for, only convenience was the pool was decent and close to many activities the beach and food places. The WiFi never worked tv was glitching no room service for many days just brought towels once unless we called. Fridge disgusting old rusted inside and out, beds uncomfortable. Would not recommend at all and NEVER going back.

It was a pretty good stay. It offered the necessities for a comfortable stay. I like that there is no filthy carpet or cloth furniture—it ensures that things can be effectively sanitized between guests.

Family friendly Hotel . Plenty of parking customer service was awesome

Clean room, only thing was the fridge outside could be wiped down. Maybe add cheap brooms to the rooms for sand for families there. Other than that super clean , very up to date rooms. Loved it all so much parking as well, lovely staff

Stay here was great. Room was big, beds are a bit smaller in person than in the photos but we still managed. The only real issue was with housekeeping not attending to our room daily, even with the sign on the door. I basically got all our house keeping needs myself except for maybe a day or two. Also at times the towels smelled of old cigarette smoke but all in all it was an enjoyable place to stay.

This is the first time staying in a hotel while visiting Ocean City. I road by this place in travel. This was a last minute visit and everything worked out fine- pool right at your back door- great breakfast diner across the street- working kitchenette- the visit was great. Will recommend

This hotel was great! Rooms are nice & clean. Staff is friendly. Lots of parking. Kitchenette was very useful.

Kokomo suite for me is super nices place for vacation i loved

This is my 2nd time staying at this location, it’s well maintained, the pool is huge and friendly staff.

Nice pool

I only stayed one night but the shower had pieces of hair in it. So I know it wasn’t properly cleaned. The towels had dark stains on them and the AC was loud and leaking. The beds were comfortable for the most part.

Never had enough of things you needed during your stay such as not enough pillows

Overall good experience. Would stay again.
