Kokomo Suites

Staff was very friendly. Parking was easy. Air conditioning units were loud but I felt like the rooms were pretty quiet from adjoining room or street noise. It seemed like a great place to have a family vacay

The outdoor pool in the pictures was taken at an angle that misrepresented the size, BUT it was big, just not as big as the picture shows. There was not enough umbrellas(only 2) and people would go into the pool while the crew was cleaning it to claim their spots and then leave. You had to go to the office to get ice from them, which was inconvenient. The cleaning staff were friendly and kind, unfortunately our room was always handy. Thwy did not vacuum. I think they jist wet mopped the floor which just pushed the sand around. Walk to tje beach was easy and convenient. Parking g was not fantastic.

Location to beach was good. The 1 bedroom is literally just one room with beds in it like a studio. Floors very dirty and our room had the flooring coming up which could cut your foot. No hair dryer or microwave in room like stated however they did bring a microwave when we asked for one. Pool was nice but very busy and not many pool chairs. Room did have kitchenette but if you plan on cooking take pots/pans cause there was only one and no utensils.

The rooms could’ve been cleaner. No soap dish area in the showers or anywhere to put your shampoo & other toiletries. No hair dryer, iron or microwave in our room.

Nice little easy beach access hotel. There are no elevators, and more of a kid friendly place, with lots of kids in the pool. Overall good for the price I paid.

Rooms are clean and had everything we needed for a short two night stay. Property is on the older side but they’ve made some upgrades. They have early check in for an extra $35 which was helpful.

Pool was great! Very easy beach access. Not enough outlets in the room. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean but the floor was sandy but you’re at the beach it’s difficult to not have that. Could’ve used a few more kitchen items but all in all not a bad stay.

Room was clean. Ac worked. Had no issues during my 4 night stay. Only issue I had is the TV would freeze. Maybe a bad connection or something. I would stay again.

Great stay! Only complaint is the floors…. So hard to keep sand off laminate flooring. Feeling of dirty feet the whole time wasn’t enjoyable. But beyond that it was a great stay! Love the pool!

Terrible experience. Do not stay there, only care about your money they do not offer refunds for any situation period, and do not care about you or your vacation. Run down rooms, far from boardwalk, WiFi sucks, manager was rude and a jerk.

Very clean love location ? The staff was so helpful all were so nice Anna Mehaila and Iulia were so pleasant ( sorry if spelling was wrong) Can't wait to be back in August with our granddaughter!!! Pool was closed and I feel we should have been able to sit in the area but we were not permitted
