Nothing special, rooms are clean and recently updated. The price has to be right for this one.

The room was nice and clean. However, it seemed that the office is closed during the night and we have keys to get into the room. Also anyone can come up to your door. There is a situation where from 12 AM to 5 AM it seemed there? Was someone who was trying to get in we heard someone trying to use their key to get into the door. I did not want to open the door because there is no chain or people so you could see who it was so they were trying to get in for all those hours and it doesn’t seem like anyone was working or the office is closed in that time so the only thing that I could have done done is called the cops and I didn’t I just waited it out. My boyfriend did yell at the person trying to get in, but he didn’t go away, so maybe the person was intoxicated and trying to get in his room even though it was not his room and I called the front office, but it was closed. So it is a nice place. It’s just anyone can walk up to your room and the office is closed night hours unfortunately maybe they should have someone working the night shift

Room was spacious, clean and had what we needed for our stay. It would have been nice to have a broom in the room, as all the sand that tracks at a beach, though. It looked newly renovated and the beds were comfortable. We did not take advantage of maid service, but did use the fridge, coffee maker, and sink. Location is great, can walk to Bayside Skillet for breakfast, Saltwater75 for lunch/dinner, OC Lanes bowling, and Creamery by the Bay for dessert, and of course the beach. Parking was a little tight, but adequate for those staying there(only one spot per unit). Would stay there again.

Large king suite, recently renovated. Quiet area in off-season. Had a great stay, only complaint is some rooms have small bathrooms, while some are large. Great value

There cancel policy is some dog water. My wife and I rode my motorcycle almost 4 hours there. Booked a room for 2 nights. Second day was calling for thunder storms so we had to leave a day early. (The safe thing to do) and was not able to get a refund for one day. Crock of poo

Great location for easy access to the beach and the main strip. Additional to that the parking is decent, rooms are decent size, bathroom a bit small but manageable.

Solid experience, great price for a holiday weekend. (300 per night) Met all of our needs (nothing extra) Huge rooms, updated room, had a partial bayside view.

The floors were our only issue. Our son is still crawling and his hands, knees and feet were black. That was as soon as we got there. “Water view” is a small amount of the bay but it still allowed for a pretty sunset.

You’ll definitely have a very clean room as far as the outside of the hotel, I wouldn’t let that bother you. The location is very convenient, A 2 minute walk to the beach really, Balconies are small keep that in mind however the room has more than enough space. Staff keeps to themselves will help when requested. Air conditioning works great very responsive. All together pretty average experience if that’s what you’re looking for not bad at all for cheap.

A few things that would have made the visit better: Hand towels for the bathroom sink. Dish towels for the kitchen or a roll of paper towels and lastly a better mirror. At 5'2", I was too short to see more than the top half of my face as the mirror was too high over the sink...so maybe a separate full length mirror in addition? None the less, we would definitely stay here again. I would just bring a hand towel from home and a roll of paper towels.

Great signage to find the hotel on beachside! The rooms are bright, spacious, clean, air conditioned, and renovated. The staff was friendly and helpful. The walk to the beach was easy peasy! There are stairs to access the floors or the elevator, and both were easy to use and working! Housekeeping welcomed you every morning with a smile and good morning! Definitely a place we would stay again!
