Bonita Beach Hotel

Our stay was good, quiet and the staff was accommodating. The location is great. Amenities are useful. The only negative thing I would say is a lot of their linens and towels have random stains on them. Even upon requesting new ones, they come with stains. Also the housekeepers don’t wear uniforms, it’s mostly young adults/teenagers wearing their normal clothes with an airpod in lol. But for the price and location it is fair

I do not recommend staying at this hotel. I made my reservation over a month in advance, but when we arrived, our room still wasn’t ready. We also requested a baby crib, and despite being told multiple times that one would be provided, it never was. The staff kept giving us conflicting information and made us wait without resolving the issue. Overall, the customer service was very disappointing. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to others. The staff had an attitude.

We booked a vacation on a budget this year so we weren’t expecting a 5 start resort we arrived and we had a few issues mainly because of the housekeeping staff. The staff outside of housekeeping was amazing. We arrived late Saturday there was still food in the fridge in both my room and my parents room, there were a bunch of water bottles behind the pull out couch in my room and the sheets on my parents bed were dirty and needed to be changed. Also the original room I was in had a roll away AC unit due to an issue with the thermostat which I get it things happen. The women working the desk didn’t speak great English so we had to wait a hour for her co worker to come in to fix our issues. He moved us that night to another room and then the next morning the manager moved us back up to the floor my parents were on and into the adjoining room. We did have an issue with the keys to the room but they apparently are having an issue as they just updated the property. The manager was very nice she fixed all the issues and made sure everything was taken care of from that point on. Overall the the hotel and MOST of the staff were amazing the main issue is with the housekeeping staff however I would definitely stay again especially at the price.

Other than that staff was very friendly and helpful and excellent. Staff even gave us a discount on our stay because of the issues with our room. I'll give it a three on cleansliness. We had to wipe down the switches in our room refrigerator handles microwave. Our broken telephone was very grimy, and there was a pubic hair on it. Cleaning crew could definitely do a much better job. The view on the oceanside balcony on the fifth floor was absolutely beautiful we even got a chance to view fireworks from our balcony off our bed that went off on the bay!

Very clean hotel! That is very important to me. We ended up extending or stay because we loved our room so much. The parking kinda sucks but its so close to the beach I didn't care.

The hotel is in a great location and a very short walk to the beach! The staff was very attentive and provided everything we could have needed. Indoor pool and arcade were fun as well. My only complaint would be the tight parking spots

Such helpful staff the room was spotless You can’t beat the price for the location close to the beach.

New updates look great. The beds are hard. The pool is dirty and cold. Had to track people down to get towels. We did have an issue eith ty he door and they fixed it right away. Not bad for the price.

Also cleaning people left door open took trash & never made beds or cleaned room. Door was propped open when we came back from beach. Told front desk… but they didn’t seem to care

Location it was perfect to go to the beach!! The pillows and linens were to old. They really need to update all of those things.

There is no stove to cook on like we thought there was or seen. Ut was a hassle cause we had food with us to cook and alot of it went to waste. Had to ask for other bed stuff and blankets

Great location, easy check in and useful suite! Highly recommend!

Close to the beach Pool wasn’t really that deep, the ice machines were shooting ice out everywhere and I had to switch rooms bc AC wasn’t working

The staff was nice and the pool was great. The room was nice and I liked the fact there was convenient kitchen area I didn't like having to keep going outside to smoke when there was a balcony and I paid a pretty penny for the room and not to be able to at least smoke on the outside balcony was a little over the top . I was fine with the non smoking room but at least accommodate the balcony to be allowed to smoke on since it is still outside. Smoking at the smoking designated area was still under the balconies.

It was close to restaurants .close beach. Close rt 90. The cable tv picture was poor. Weak looking snow .no guide for channels

This is our 3rd time staying here. I love the new update!!! So close to the beach also!!! Reasonable prices also!!
