Quality Inn Oceanfront

Staff was pleasant. Coffee machine in lobby did not work. Air Conditioning did not work in room. No Shampoo or Conditioner in the room. They did have available at the front desk. You have to ask. Bathroom was not clean. Stuff in sink and sand in shower.

This is a really cool place. When you walk in you are greeted by tropical birds, a koi pond, a little restaurant, and an indoor pool with two hot tubs. The back exits directly to the beach. There is a small arcade above the pool but it was locked two out of the three times we tried to check it out. The balcony views of the ocean from our room were great. The bottom floor has direct exits from their back decks. Other rooms have balconies that are inside overlooking the indoor pool. (There is another pool outside). Overall I think this is a really cool hotel. However, I think the housekeeping can be better. They brought us new towels twice over our 6 days, and one of those times was an hour before checking out. And 2 of our days we had the privacy sign up but the other days housekeeping did not come clean the room at all. The shower was the worst part of the stay. Every ~30 seconds the water would switch from warm to ice cold and vice versa. This happened EVERY time any of us showered. A woman in the elevator told me her AC wasn’t working in her room. This was our 2nd time here and we do like it, our kids enjoyed it too, but some improvements could be made.

I loved the location as it is very central to fine dining for whatever you’re looking for ! We parked our car when we arrived and never moved it again until we left! Walking djstance to everything !

It was a nice place to stay at

Property: beautifully landscaped and very clean. The birds and other creatures gave a very nice tropical feel. Staff did an amazing job keeping high traffic areas from the beach to hotel very clean and dry. Room: it was handicap accessible and the shower had no barrier besides the shower curtain so the floor was always soaked, but house keeping did a great job cleaning it up as long as we showered before they came. The room was spacious with a beautiful ocean view, but it was carpeted. Signs of wear and tear added to the distressed look, but was otherwise clean. It wasn’t bad, just needed updating. Pools: both were nice and never overcrowded. In the middle of summer, that’s a plus!! Staff: every single person we encountered was super friendly and very helpful! The man who owns the birds was super friendly as well.

The Atrium was very well maintained. The pools were a plus. Location great. Family of 6 we stayed in a room on ground floor Atrium level right where pool was. Room was worn down, carpet worn out to the point it was shredding. Sofa bed is the worse . There was no blankets for that. Springs poking through. Unsleepable. Bath room was nasty with stuff on floor and tiles near nasty looking . Even if it would have been cleaned it still would have felt nasty with the tub and tiles being not repaired properly. I get these places turn rooms all summer long and you get what you pay for. Probably would stay again but perhaps choose a room on different floor to see if any better. Great location for beach if you have littles.

AC was very loud, we put cardboard on vent cover to lower noise Stove burner broken Floor was soaking wet. we took our shoes off and seemed like carpet was just cleaned, smelled like dog and damp carpet. (we had to wear shoes the whole time, even in the middle of the night when going to the rest room.) lamp next to the bed doesn't work Slider broken or off the track, hard to open and close Railing outside on the deck is loose, very dangerous we were on the 4th floor. Shower divertor is very loud while showering. Toilet seat too small for toilet and loose Not sheets or blankets for pullout. the person at the front desk told me on the first night of our stay that he could not move us, offered no other suggestions other than to say come back tomorrow and ask. no help at all. Very disappointed. We paid alot of money for the room.

We enjoyed our stay there. It was clean and everyone was very helpful. We stay at a lot of places and I really feel like we got value out of staying here. There is a cafe, a hot tub, two pools and even parakeets. I definitely feel the price is worth it.

An older building, bathroom was moldy. There was a moldy shower chair left in shower- it was gross. I placed it in the hall & it stayed there our entire stay. A pull out bed was provided but had to ask for a blanket which looked like an ancient curtain!

The cafe was wondering. The hotel room was not cleaned properly

The ocean view was spectacular. Staff was very sweet and accommodating.

The worst thing was the cleanliness. All of our blankets/comforters had stains on them. There was a rotten orange in the chair from the last guest and a lot of other questionable things we found around the room. It is a bit dated as well

The staff were all helpful and friendly. The property needs severe updating. There’s peeling paint (at least in our room and in the pool area), a few things throughout the room were falling apart (cracks in the walls and light switches), the air conditioning did not work properly, the bathroom was not clean, and the kitchen stove was falling apart. Overall, we would not stay here again.

We took a room in the 4th floor and the thermostat was busted. We informed the front desk and they did send over the maintenance person who said that they cannot fix it and the AC kept on running at max cooling and had to get up in the middle of the night to manually turn off and then on
