Quality Inn Oceanfront

No complaints it was our third time staying here!

Room was clean but needs update and things need replacement or fixed ( safe didn't work , oven needs replaced , fridge didn't real cooled and AC went very cooled and that was on 50 degrees) Hotel needs update in side and out . Very kid friendly. Over all ok stay.

I've stayed here almost 10 times now. This last time was a little disappointing. There was a leaky roof tile that left a puddle on little table in the kitchen every morning - that has never happened in any of my previous visits. The AC is not great. It struggles to keep the room at a livable temperature, but that has been an issue every time I've stayed. The indoor pool was unusually cold this time as well. On the positive side - my family loves the atrium with the birds and other animals. We had breakfast at the restaurant in the atrium and the food was pretty good with decent sized servings. The birds were out of their cages and kinda walking around the area. They didn't bother us while we were eating and it was pretty cool watching them play in the area while we ate. The location is great if you plan on spending time on the beach. You can walk right out the back door and be less than 100 yards to the beach, which was always clean and well kept at this property. The staff has been pretty friendly for most of our stays, though they are SLOW if you need towels or anything fixed in your room. During our last stay the shower drain was clogged the first time we tried to use it and it took them 2 hours to come up and fix it - but when the maintenance guy finally showed up he was super nice, professional, and had it fixed in 10 minutes. I feel like I'm making the place sound bad, but this is a great place for the price, the location, and the novelty of the animals in the atrium.

The tub did not drain well so your standing in soapy dirty water up to your ankles. There is visible mold in the shower ceiling. The sink also did not drain well. The carpet had large stains and partially ripped. The curtains also had stains. The utensils and plates in the kitchenette had food on them so you had to wash anything before using and then wash again.

This is a nice place to stay right on the beach! We enjoyed talking with the birds each day. Everything was good, just could use some TLC to the walls and sofa beds in the rooms. We would stay here again!

Nice front beach location. We enjoyed the atrium with birds and the outside pool.

I believe if you pay over $1000 for a three night stay you should be comfortable to take a shower and sleep there. The rooms definitely need to be upgraded. The bathroom had mold and the ceiling dripped moisture. The linen had stains and creeped me out. The staff was great and the parrots and birds were a nice touch but I would have rather had a comfortable room.

This is our third time at quality Inn Ocean City. We enjoyed every time we will come back next year.

Excellent! My 3 kids loved it here!

I have been staying there for over 10 years..everything is out dated. Same carpet,tub,curtains, furniture all is old and run down. The air conditioner vents leaked water on carpet and floors. This will be my last time staying there.

The birds where interesting and so where the fish very friendly and nice staff

On the day we were leaving housekeeping was knocking on the door before 9am asking if we were leaving. Checkout is 11! She hovered for 2 hours waiting for us to leave. Kept asking when we were leaving. Female bartender/server in cafe is terrible! We waited over 30 minutes for her to even acknowledge us for drinks. Then took forever to get. We didn’t bother with food at that point. She even got the drinks wrong even though she wrote them down! Hot tubs were so low on water you couldn’t use the jets. Never filled while we were there. We were repeat guests. With a room this dirty, we may not come back. We had a great trip, despite the subpar room. Disappointed for the money

Clean room, loved the animals on the first floor super cool!

We only stayed for two nights. The room was very dated, though that didn’t bother me. There was black mold in the bathroom and entrance. The microwave had a terrible smell so we didn’t use it. The toilet paper that was wrapped had mold on it when my daughter unwrapped it. Thank God she didn’t try to use it. There was also rust and the balcony door didn’t close completely. At first I thought they accidentally gave us this room because no way would they put people in this type of room. They didn’t move us to another room but that was ok because another guest said their room was disgusting so I wouldn’t have wanted another one. The staff was very apologetic and had maintenance try to clean the mold. They just sprayed and wiped it. They refunded me half my stay, but this hotel is a serious health hazard. I have NO idea why this hotel got and overall 8.4. It’s unbelievable. The oceanfront view was the only enjoyable part.

Old stinch smell through hotel into rooms.. Stove burners did not work properly, none of them. Stove hood light blown out. Room could be cleaned better. Front desk slow on asked accommodations. Water level at spa pool was not kept at level. Lord and the screaming birds, horrible.

Great location. Lot of amenities at the resort. Great staff :)
