The staff is wonderful, very helpful. The view of the bay is beautiful and the location is perfect.

The location is great, but the facility is really outdated, the indoor pool and outdoor needs a good renovation, also the AC is very loud and you can hear everything, the the walks on the hallway, so I did not had a good sleep.

AC sounded like a blender, condensate leaked on tile floor making it slippery, nice view of bay, quite a few amenities, small beach, water toy rental, roof top pool, bar/ restaurant on property. But not high end, this is a basic hotel with beach pricing. Did have a fair amount of covered parking. Close to lots of things. Suited my purposes.

I really liked the private beach, rooftop pool, coffee amenities, friendliness of the staff, and the cleaning daily. The shower temperature fluctuated constantly during every single shower. No matter which temperature you set the dial to, it would end up burning you or freezing you. Additionally, the rooftop pool and bar hours were not consistent and it wasn’t specified pool vs bar hours separately which caused lots of confusion and disappointment among us and other guests.

The room was clean and neat. The only thing I wanted was a balcony. I did have a nice view from the window, but when I looked on Expedia I thought it was a balcony that's what sold me. Overall my stay was very good and the staff were very kind.
