Good location Shower was weak, had no full body mirror in room and could have used a cup of coffee with better creamer. Price on bookings.com kept changing

Check in was smooth n early. Room was big, clean n comfortable. Nothing

Staff was outstanding. We had a couple issues that they fixed in minutes. No desk or mirror in room. No clock, no local brochures on things to do or places to go. Shower faucet was so touchy that we either had freezing cold water or it was scalding. Hair dryer didn't work nor did the bathroom fan.

Our “bay view” technically counts, I guess, if you include seeing part of it between two buildings that were actually on the bay and had the view. The onsite “pub and eatery” didn’t serve food. Drinks only. Evidently they got so many questions about it that someone put tape over the word “eatery” on the sign. For the surge charging that was obviously in place for the Oceans Calling festival, it was definitely not worth it. The front desk manager was not amenable to a refund or a credit. We were happy to stay 2 of the 3 nights of our booking to support the local businesses. The manager would have none of it. She would not cancel/refund/credit the third night, which was the cheapest night of the booking. She blamed it on the private owner. Upon checkout, the same manager refused to provide an itemized bill and referred us to the booking site. We cannot in good conscience give this place a good review given the state of the room & how we were treated. We’re happy to support local businesses-just not this one.

The property was nice enough and location was good. We had a horrible nor’easter come through so we checked out early. No partial refund was offered

Very loud. Toilet was clogged. Sink wouldn’t drain. Way too expensive for this one to two star hotel!

The staff were very helpful recommending things to do and restaurants. The view from the balcony was nice. I was pleasantly surprised of the full refrigerator and stove top in the room.

Was nice place to stay but outdated. Our shower nozzle where water came out was loose and had to hold it and pull up on nozzle to turn shower on. Ceiling in kitchen bowing and falling. Only had one tiny frying pan for cooking. Guaranteed plenty of kitchenware? Amenities not their fault nor’easter. Staff was great but the ramp up to the parking garage was too straight up needs more of a curve flow like real parking garage.

My young family of 4 stayed for only one night mid September. We used the private beach and also the indoor pool. Having access to that private beach was the main reason we decided to stay here. The facilities and room are a bit run down but comfortable enough.
