The pool and surrounding deck needs maintenance. We saw the same trash around the pool 3 days in a row. Did not like to see people sprawled out and sleeping in lounge area-that’s what rooms are for. We did enjoy breakfast and coffee-the staff was phenomenal.

Breakfast in morning was very nice and tasty. Views on Bayside from rooms were good and outside of bldg well taken care of

It’s really pet friendly starting with a welcome treat for our dog including pet treats and all about caring for it while in the hotel as well as some resources frol pet friendly establishments to veterinary needs in Ocean City. Our room is so clean and relaxing that we were able to sleep well. We enjoyed their amazing pool overlooking the bay. The breakfast foods are fresh and warm with many choices. I tried the strawberry waffle commemorating 250 years of USA edition. We stayed in bayside view room. Our overall stay in Hampton Inn and Suites is EXCELLENT! We’ll definitely come back there.

Loved this hotel!! Amazing staff, very helpful, hotel very clean and beautiful decoration!! They provide breakfast and shower products enough for everyone!! Amazing breakfast!! Just loved everything!! Worth the stay and would stay here again!! Felt very comfortable and welcomed!!

We’ve been coming to OC for 25+ years and have stayed at The Hampton Inn ever since they opened. We always get our preference of a bay room, and the staff is friendly and helpful. We were a little apprehensive with it being a pet friendly hotel but there were no issues. We appreciate the fact that they have already remodeled when the hotel isn’t really that old. Pretty bummed though that the tiki bar has been removed 😔.

The room was clean and comfortable, the pools are ok they need to be cleaned and the hot tub outside is not hot water was all the entire stay. One of the reasons we book this room was because they advertised a pool bar which was not available it was being taken apart so they need to take that out of their amenities. Other than that the facilities are nice!

Breakfast was only okay wish there was bacon, the room view on the 5th floor of the bay was amazing. The shower head, sink overflow drain and tub overflow drain were a little dirty but they are not commonly checked. Staff was very nice and although the fixtures in the pool room were a little rusty the inside pool and hot tub are heated and very nice and the outside pool was a little too cold this time of year. Great location all though pretty far from the board walk to walk there.

The property was spacious and clean. Decor throughout the hotel was updated and nice! I didn’t like how I had to go down to the lobby to retrieve extra towels instead of having it sent to me by a night porter!
