Hampton Inn & Suites Ocean City/Bayfront-Convention Center

The room was clean and facilities were very clean. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was extremely good. The balcony overlooked the bay which was nice but would have preferred a balcony overlooking the ocean. The outdoor hot tub and pool were not heated. Not for sure why there was a hot tub outside that didn’t have hot water. The hotel was very well maintained and seemed really safe.

Everything was great

There were some really friendly staff people front desk, housekeeping and breakfast! Bright smiling and very welcoming! The room was lovely! Super spacious! Comfy beds and a wonderful view!! We were so happy that the tv was able to swivel! We were worried when we saw it on the wall it seemed hard to see, but then it swiveled and that was perfect!! Lovely wonderful stay! We had some rain but the room was so spacious and comfortable so it wasn’t a problem to get cozy with some yummy snacks from the little store front and have a nice movie time! Would love to have seen some wine or other little cocktails in the store. But not too bad of a selection!

The staff was so friendly and accomodating. The room was spotless and we had a great view of the bay. The pool area was clean and well kept. The breakfast was great! If there was security on the doors to go inside and outside during the pool area - I'm assuming this is for security reasons? Then shouldn't the elevators have security as well so no one can access the floors.

It's all about the details. We had a refrigerator and the laminate was coming off the front of it. When we got there there was no hot water as well so they had to change out the cartridge. Unfortunately we were at the elevator and we heard the moving of the elevator all the time. Overall it was a nice stay.

The view from the balcony...it faced the Bay Breakfast was hot and fresh...very good. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I am not a pet person but I truly appreciated that the room did NOT smell like an animal

Buffet breakfast was great, staff extremely friendly pet friendly my dog loved the balcony. We loved our room. Loved the bay view. Perfect vacation. Staff already was told we will return next year. There was nothing we didn't like.

Liked breakfast, yummy waffles with delicious toppings. It was just very crowded since it was Labor Day weekend. The pool was very nice, and the fitness center had a peloton and was nice. Was just very crowded

We stayed at the hotel for a short vacation on Labor Day weekend. We have been going to Ocean City for more than 30 years, sometimes multiple times a year. We have never stayed at a cleaner hotel than this one! The room was big and beautiful. The breakfast buffet (included) had a big variety, which we only saw once before in Canada! We enjoyed the beautiful indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzi, and the rest of the amenities, which include a gorgeous seating area and lounge, where we enjoyed the beautiful sunset and sunrise! The hotel location is a walking distance from Macky’s, Seacrets, a miniature golf, stores and other fun activities! With all the wonderful time we had and the great memories we have made there, the best part was getting to meet the amazing staff there! We were always welcomed and were greeted with heartwarming words and smiles! The staff went out of the way to recommend activities and answer any questions we had. It felt like we have known them for a long time. This was one of our best vacations in Ocean City! We couldn’t be more grateful for the amazing staff! Our only regret is that we did not stay longer. We are planning to go back there very soon!
