Enjoyed our stay

Well kept hotel

The staff were polite and professional during check in although I had to wait a while before checking in due to rooms were not ready. I finally get checked in receive the key for my room only to see the room was not totally clean. Long blonde hair was everywhere. In the beds, sofa and shower. I question if the bed lining had been changed. I was so uncomfortable couldn’t wait until the next day so I could check out. Besides the room nastiness it was a ok stsy.

All in all, I will be staying here during my next stay in Ocean City. 100%

I always like the property the bar the pool the music etc Just for that time they where doing construction over the pool area, the bar was closed exactly the days we were there, and was noisy

I enjoyed the amenities and the cleanliness of the room and all spaces on the property

We love staying here. It's close to everything. There was nothing that we did not like about the property.

Nice location and staff !!! OVER BOOKING .. THERE SYSTEM WAS HAVING PROBLEMS AND THEY DOUBLE BOOK OUR ROOM !!! PPL JUST WALK IN OUR ROOM WITH THE SAME KEYS

I had an amazing experience here. Not only was the staff very friendly and knowledgeable, we had all the best features available to us. Like the bar by the poolside, XBox gaming, & indoor and outdoor pools.

Nothing.... I didn't realize the location was pet friendly. I like dogs but I would rather stay at a location without animals. The shower had hair all over the walls. Obviously, noone cleaned it prior to my stay. Lastly, the young lady who checked me in could improve on her customer service skills by being a little more pleasant towards guests. More than likely will not stay here again.

I liked the location, and the amenities were good. However, I did not like my room (city view). The curtains were too short, and the room became very bright early in the morning because they did not block enough light.

Great stay while at the ocean. The hotel has so much to offer and at a prime location. Rooms comfy and clean

The location was walkable and there is a good restaurant onsite that is just a few feet nearby and the food was great! We had hoped for a room on the bay front to watch the sun set but was booked up. The rooms were comfortable and arranged or designed very nicely and had a huge shower! The bed was very comfortable. My only complaint is the parking fee which was 21.00/night. I was not aware of this and perhaps I misread when I booked the hotel. If I had known, there were plenty of hotels nearby that do not charge for parking. They advertise that pets stay free but then they charge for parking. Also, they do not offer anything for free except coffee in the a.m.

Only issue would be our room did not have a plug or charging area on both sides of king bed. Other than that, great place!

The location was great! We loved the bay view and it was still very close to the beach.

Everything was amazing!! Scotty the bartender made my weekend with the excellent service! I can't thank everyone enough for such a great weekend!!
