Aloft by Marriott Ocean City

Limpio y moderno No nos dieron la habitación que pedimos y nos cobraron el mismo monto

Great place in ocmd

everyone was very welcoming and seemed to go out of their way to answer questions. I would've liked to have had a closet in the room and would prefer an ironing board and an iron to a steamer. Also, the refrigerator did not have a small freezer section which would've been optimal

Everything was beautiful

Room was clean, pool and bar was great. Really great place.

This hotel is fabulous from the very comfortable rooms to the stunning bay view at sunset! The fact it’s a “pet friendly” with no we is a huge win! The parking fee is high however! Staff is very friendly and accommodating!

Cleanliness and location N/A

Exceptional

Very good

Nice overall elevators a little dirty

The convenience There was a wedding there and the music was so loud I couldn’t sleep!!! Not happy at all !! I don’t think I will ever stay at the aloft again or any marriot ?????

Great. Walkable to main attractions. Great staff and room

The staff was amazing and very courteous. So close to everything and room was clean and very nice. All up to date

Beautiful hotel, very clean, friendly staff. Excellent bartenders at the pool bar.

Staff was very friendly at the front desk.1st day when we pulled the sheets back on the bed found a brown stain with rice on the sheets.Asked for room service that never came we stayed for 4 nights with no service.. Aka no fresh beds/new towels nor empty the trash can. Microwave can be found in the hallway near the elevator and micro size refrigerator in the room would not recommend for a long stay. Would not be staying here again for the price point.

The room was clean, the staff were so friendly. They had a golf cart available to take you back and forth to the beach. The bartenders at the pool were working so hard and never left us with an empty glass. The pool has a DJ for happy hour, which we loved because we have teenagers. This was our second time, and we will be back.

Exceptional

location

Room was not ready until an hour past check in (5 pm) with no drink voucher or alternative tangible compensation. Surprise parking fee 20 dollars per night not communicated ahead of arrival or quoted in online booking.
