Adorable room. Chill, ocean vibe. Staff was helpful. Room was in a fantastic location.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Our balcony view was definitely our son’s favorite part of the trip. Beach right in your backyard and pool area kid friendly. Definitely recommend for a little family getaway.

Disappointed. We had to ask for towels daily. We were told to put our garbage bags snd dirty linen outside the door. Had to pay for the parking even though we were staying there.False advertising of body wash shampoo . Dirty bathroom and poor water pressure. Wouldn’t go there again.

This was our 2nd time here. Room had a great oceanfront view. The room was spotless and the AC worked great. When we checked in, there was an issue with the laundry service, so there were no towels, but the staff was fantastic in getting us pool towels and then fresh towels when they had them. Hotel was full but we couldn't hear any other guests from our room. Great mid-town location and the price was much better than other hotels.

This hotel was just okay. The outside restroom didn't have soap. The stairwell has a strange odor. My room was clean but did not have toilet tissue in it, when I first checked in. The door handle to the balcony was rusted. Most of the staff was friendly but their were a few staff members that would benefit from some customer service training. The wifi was also a hit or miss. The hotel charges $14 per night for parking, which I was not aware of when I booked the room. The room was decorated with retro furniture which was nice. Overall the hotel was okay but for the price I paid per night I would have expected more amenities.

Everything about this place is absolutely terrible

The moment we stepped in the room you can smell the cleanliness. WiFi did not work though something they need to look into.

PROS: the property is “pretty” fresh paint job and attractive decor, it’s right on the water with great views of the beach, there’s decent balconies with sturdy and comfortable chairs. Great insulation- I heard zero noise from other neighbors. CONS: I was told check in at 4pm, my room wasn’t ready. I had to wait in the lobby for 5-10 minutes. Upon entering my room the AC was completely off and room was hot. The room smelled of bleach-hopefully means the bathroom was actually clean because the dresser drawers all had trash in them from previous guests. The towels were haphazardly folded and thrown on a shelf in the bathroom. The water pressure sucked (solid 5/10) considering I had to use beach toy buckets filled with water to rinse the sand out of my kids hair because the water pressure wasn’t enough to rinse the sand off of them. Before anyone comes at me we did use the rinse station coming off the beach and while it had fantastic water pressure the spray nozzle wasn’t adjustable so it felt like you were sandblasting your skin off from the unusual spray pattern. The mat beneath was full of sand and not maintained well so you’re basically stepping back in all the sand you just rinsed off.

Our room was disgusting. Why is it acceptable for floors and walls to be caked with muck.???

Very happy with this hotel

We needed a place to stay for the weekend and this was a good fit. Walkable to a lot of things. Clean room. Our bathroom was really small but otherwise room was fine. Had a partial ocean view. Mostly quiet. I would probably stay again

A good service

Beautiful place. We extended our stay two nights to enjoy
-
Clean room, and facility. It would have been nice if housekeeping did a daily vacuum due to sand that's naturally brought into the room, but otherwise they were great about providing whatever else you need. Beachfront view was nice and great for watching the sunrise.

Great hotel overall.

The room was so clean and the night receptionist was amazing. Our room got hot at night and she was so helpful in trying to figure out the ac issue. She was so nice. Perfect beach access.
-
No towels when we got in, called for towels they never brought any. We had to find someone 3 hours later to watch them actually find towels. Not clean hotel and pool was not clean. Do not recommend.
-
You should have some balcony smoking rooms, pool was small even for shore, that area of the beach is very rough surf so people rely on the pool for swimming, your maximum entry is 50 people, no way you could even fit 15 comfortably, but a fabulous hotel overall

The location on the beach and balcony were great. We did have an issue with cleanliness that we needed staff to correct, however both staff and manager were helpful and considerate in correcting the problem.

Right on the beach with a beautiful view. Very helpful and accommodating staff
