The bathrooms need serious renovations

Couple step to the beach .room is clean

I will not revisit. It was horrible but wasn’t great either. Staff were very pleasant and helpful

We stood for two nights with the family. Is convenient, on the beach. and lots of things to do. It would have been nice to have a stove top and a better coffee maker, and cleaner towels overall it was a great stay. Will come back.

Old , dirty and barely any hot water

We had to call multiple times for wash clothes on 2 separate days. There is no information about things to do at the hotel and surrounding area in the rooms. The room had a funny smell. I probably would pick somewhere else to stay next year. The kids did like ice skating so that was a plus.

Hotel amenities were ok, lagging wifi, it is a family friendly place to stay. However there was continuous smell of people vaping and or smoking on the on the adjacent balconies. Hotel needs to do a better job at enforcing smoke free environment.

The beds were very comfortable. Glad we brought an inflatable mattress because the sofa bed was horrible. Then again, sofa beds are never comfortable. The ad said we'd get a "partial sea view" which technically was accurate since we could see a miniscule sliver of the bay from our balcony above the parking lot. You gotta laugh at that. Our neighbors had a loud, obnoxious, inebriated party - but when I called the front desk at 1:40 am, security took care of it in less than 10 minutes. A+++ for security! My kids enjoyed the arcades and the nearby cafes because the jellyfish prevented us from going in the ocean. Sadly, they were out of soft-serve ice cream when my heart was set on it, but I did enjoy the longest bomb pop I've ever seen. It was wonderful to be right next to the beach and not have to worry about parking. Overall, our weekend was an "adventure" which means it didn't go as we expected, several things went wrong, but overall it was more enjoyable than ruinous.

The hotel is great and very family friendly! Lots of amenities for families with children as well as for adults. So convenient to have a property directly on the beach. Restaurants and grocery store directly across the street and many others within walking distance. Ample parking on the property which lessened the burden of having to find parking for two cars. Overall the Carousel was a great pick!

Such a great experience. Would definitely stay there again! Loved how kid friendly it was for my children.

Room was very clean but the place could use some updating. The staff was helpful, but not particularly friendly. Not many of them spoke or smiled but they were attentive and responsive.

Old and outdated. Rooms are run down. Staff was very nice. Hallway’s were dirty. Our room was out of body wash.

Room was clean, but outdated. Shower faucet did not turn off properly, visible signs of wear and age, mildew smell coming from air conditioning. Staff were kind and helpful. Arcade rooms great for kids.

But our room was super clean, the staff was very accommodating and there was always something for the kids to do without even leaving the hotel. So, like I said, needs a bit of a facelift which I’m sure is hard to keep up with when you have harsh ocean like conditions. But would totally come back!
