Terrible place to stay

Room needs updating, stains on rugs. Flies in room. Dirty, old curtains. Lights need updating as well

Such a fun place. Was my first time there and I had so much fun. Clean, great staff, 2 pools, hot tub. I can go on and on. My favorite was Tsunami Beach Bar. Bartenders top notch!! I’ll be back for sure

The stay was disappointing. There weren't even enough towels in the bathroom, and when I asked for more, they only provided two. The entire weekend was a disaster, and the service was terrible. The elevator wait was so long that it limited many activities during the day. The air conditioning only worked properly in the lobby and the first floor; the rest of the hotel was hot. "Resort" is a very broad term for the poor service they provide.

Staff was excellent and paint. Pools could be improved.

Only had two towels in the room. booked for 5 people. called housekeeping, they were great and responsive. Checked in to see we need anything About 20 minute drive from boardwalk. But the inlet parking is only $4hour. We only went for a funnel cake, so only stayed 30 minutes. Parking- plenty in the garage. But we didn’t want to park in the garage because our room faces the parking lot and we wanted to be able to see our car. Hard to find parking in the front of the lot. We were scared to move our car because we didn’t want to lose our spot but luckily ended up with good parking each time. The amenities were the reason for the stay. *Loved the ice skating ring but the skates were old and stinky. *Right on the beach! *Free family photos on Monday but we missed it. *And other great activities on certain days like movies on the beach on Wednesdays, wish we could’ve been there for that. *Bar, restaurant, ice cream shop. Didn’t try any of the any food or drinks (brought our own). The ice cream/breakfast spot’s Frappuccino was very milky and I ended up throwing it away. *Preferred outdoor pool, cleaner and water was warm because it was hot out. *indoor pool - dark and looked dirty. Hot tub was closed when we went. *Sauna was cool. Had to be 18 or older I think. Popes Pizza across the street was cool. But everything at the beach is expensive -most restaurants and liquor store.

​The Room: Unacceptable. Found a bra in the drawer, hair tie in shower, black hair tangled everywhere, and what looked like feces splatter on the shower curtain. Bathroom tiles were falling, cabinet door was hanging off, and rusty nails were sticking out of the porch door—a massive safety hazard. The beds felt like rocks. ​The Pools: A total joke. The kids' pool was closed our entire 5-day stay. The main pool filter was broken, leaving a thick layer of sand at the bottom, and the attendant admitted the kid had 0 chlorine. It routinely opened late, including over an hour late on Day 3 due to Health Dept violation bc the door didnt close properly. Indoor pool closed day 2. ​Property: Ice machine was broken all week, lobby tables were always filthy, and the arcade was trashed with half the games broken. No Wi-Fi for 3 days, no advertised DJ, and the bounce house was down for days. ​Housekeeping: They refused to vacuum or wipe counters. Day 2 they took our dirty towels and left us with 0 clean ones. We had to leave a note on our door and beg the front desk just to get a cleaning on Day 4. ​Management: The front desk manager was incredibly rude. When we asked for a pool update, staff told her they’d check "when they had time." Her only "solution" to the broken pool was telling us to walk with our toddler to a diff hotel. The room was nice but next time we would chose a second floor not right in front of the swimming pool. This place had everything you need to just stay and enjoy the resort. Tsunami had great food and drinks. Loved the fire pits and close walk to the beach and ocean.

We brought our grandkids 1 & 2 years old to find the baby pool never was filled during our stay and when we went to use the indoor pool it was closed due to pool issues. So never got to use any pool during our stay which is one of the reasons we choose to stay there. The light in our room over the table area was broke and was never fixed during our stay. The elevator close to our room was out of service which meant we either used the stairs or walk around the entire hotel to reach another elevator.

I love that it was right on the beach. There was many things to do and the staff was really friendly. I didn’t like how hard the beds were and also paid extra for a balcony suite, but the balcony was right in front of the bar couldn’t sit on the balcony without people, staring directly at us, didn’t have any kind of privacy and could hardly see the water because of the bars pavilion

The microwave was also strange. When it was cold, the door was fine but as soon as it heated up, the door would lock and was difficult to open. The carpets did not appear to be clean or freshly washed. However, the hotel’s location was excellent and very convenient.

It’s conveniently located. There are so many things to do just inside the hotel. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly.

A lot to do here. It was too busy. Too far from the boardwalk.

The room was very clean. But the property needs updating. The tub looked like it was de-roding and the hallways seem very dark, dingy, and dirty. But once we entered our room it was clean.

I liked that there was so much to do for kids. The beach was right outside your door. I didn't that the toilet was to low for an adult.
