Other than the view, the property was in need of an update and nothing worth praising. Front desk staff were not friendly or sociable at all during check in. Looked mad that they even had to be there. The property seems like it is from the 70s/80s and it never had been updated. Lights with bad bulbs in the room that did not work. No heat even though though in the 50s at night and was registering 57 on the thermostat. They sent a portable heater to the room. Plugged it in and after 5 hours it went up 5 degrees but had to unplug it as it knocked the lights out to the bathroom and overheated the receptacle to a point where we thought it could cause a fire, I mean very hot, and actually melted some plastic. Checked the fuse box and it was so dirty and dusty inside, from like the 60s it looked. Room was not really clean and all you heard was loud banging 24/7, but we couldn't figure out from where??? We will never stay there again. We used to stay in OCMD a lot and I hate to admit, one of the worst properties I have stayed in down there.

My sister in law and I spent Sept 21-26 2026 for a girls trip. We were pleased with our ocean front balcony room and appreciated having the restaurant, indoor pool and hot tub on premises. We were there during the Sept nor'easter so not having to leave the hotel to eat was very nice. All the staff were polite and friendly. We plan to come again hoping to be able to enjoy the beach next time.

You had to pay for breakfast. We had mold in our first room they gave us a time room and it was next door so we asked to be moved bc my son is allergic to mold moved us across but made us pay when it was supposed to be free emailed office they called and I called back three times and got put on hold and then hung up on each time

We came in the fall for a music festival (that ended up being cancelled due to weather), and the building's AC was still on. Our room was 60 degrees. They did provide space heater, but when we turned it on it caused the power to our room to go out. Maintenance helped us find an outlet that wasn't going to short the room, but couldn't have anything else plugged it to the wall or it would go out again. We asked if we could change rooms and was told no. No additional blankets were provided either. I'm sure they were booked for the festival, but we didn't come across that many guests during our stay that would have prevented a little bit more care for our issues.

Check in: we were given one room key. Asked for a second because we did not plan to be together much. We were told no, due to a shortage. So we couldn't do much without locking each other out. The room: there's a large gap where the door doesn't close properly and let's light in. Several rooms were like this. The room was next to an ice rink that played loud music until almost 9am. The temperature: they don't turn the heat on until winter. It was 63⁰in the room. They provided a space heater which is a fire hazard and we weren't comfortable leaving it on all night. Cleanliness: this was disgusting. DO NOT USE THE POOL OR HOT TUB. There was a foam in the hot tub and large globs of hair. The pool was cloudy. You have to leave towels there so you either walk half naked through the lobby or put your clothes over your wet suit. The pool also has black dirt all around the edge. Food: Restaurants and amenities that were advertised to be open were not. Please find somewhere else to stay. This was a terrible experience and we left a day early because it was that bad. *sidenote: the housekeeping staff was extremely friendly

Room we had was average. Nothing great. Could have been cleaner. Room was chilly and when I complained they just said well we haven't changed over to heat yet and there is a plug in heater in your room. I felt they are dangerous.

Location convenient. Beds uncomfortable (lumpy). Extremely loud from slamming vents. No sleep. Left 1 night early. Difficult to get 1 towel (3 ppl checked in. Only 2 towels. Told we needed to wait 3 more hours when housekeeping started) Lights near bed didn't work

Stayed here for oceans calling—it was canceled due to weather, but there was so much to do at the hotel & great location to go out to the bars

The ice skating- gym- pool and options available during the Nor' Easter - very friendly and responsive staff. Wish the room had a little stove or oven to cook. Thought the kitchen had more than a microwave
