It would have been helpful if the staff knew more about the 4th of July festivities-like the best place to see them from the far from the boardwalk. Could families go to the beach that is near there to see or would they need to walk to 125th. Etc.

Love staying here and will return time and time again. The rooms are always clean. You’re right near the ocean. They give you free ice in a bag and coupon discounts to the local attractions. They could have a better selection for the free breakfast. They do need to maintain the properties a little better. For the price, just the bed quality and proximity to beach makes me super happy!

Staff was friendly and responsive. Breakfast could be better- add some yogurt, cereal? Waffle stand would be great.

We stayed over 4th of July weekend. The clientele was very young and party vibe but it was quiet at night. “Breakfast” was just some donuts and ancient coffee and juice machines. Just one elevator and it was very slow. Rooms needed updating and deep cleaning. Linens were stained. Beds were comfortable and clean. No privacy screen between balconies.

Rooms were spacious, pool was great & location was perfect. I just wish they would clean the floors a little better!

Our room was gross. The bathroom looks dingy and gross. The towels had stains on them, and even hair. The sofa bed had sheets on it already, when opened there was a Cheeto. So who knows what was actually cleaned. Super disappointed in this place. Location was great though. lol

Great location to the beach. Everything was clean and we got to check in early on our arrival. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The price and ease of walking to the beach is all it has going for it. It was extremely dirty.

The hotel is walking distance to many restaurants and shops as well as the beach. Room was ok in cleanliness. Bathroom needs some maintenance.

Would stay again. Sheets was a little stained but clean. Shower and toilet worked good. Pool is clean. Staff was nice and helpful. Great location to beach and alot of stores. 20 minute drive to board walk
