Very good

Our stay was great. The room was clean and the staff was great. My only complaints would be that the pool wasn’t the cleanest, atleast they had a net that I could use to attempt to get the bugs and hair out of the pool. And the mattresses aren’t that comfortable unless you like a firm mattress.

The room was filthy and every time I asked for it to be cleaned and clean he floor to be mopped it wouldn’t get done so I stopped asking. The bathroom door handle was broken which let me know the room was not checked for quality control. Very dissatisfied with the stay.

To be honest I have no complaints about this property everyone was so kind from day one everything was update on time this people really make you feel you are home thank you guys continue keeping the hard work

It’s fine. Don’t worry about the bad reviews. Yes the building is dated but it’s clean and the rooms are very spacious. The beds are comfortable. We didn’t need the pull out couch so I am not sure how that is. The included breakfast is a carb load event, but it’s “included “. Parking is free and there is plenty of parking spaces of various sizes in various locations around the property. Big spaces for big cars, spaces in the shade, spaces near your room… the pool is small but it’s there with plenty of chairs and plenty of towels. Short walk to the beach. Great location for food and shopping, everything you want is within the short distance. Overall, 4 stars out of 5. Worth the price in my opinion

Room was not very clean. Floor and bathroom was dirty. Was only give one towel for the week.

Great value for the money - only a minute walk to the beach! Free ice for your cooler and grab and go breakfast were nice amenities. They also had free beach chair rentals although we brought our own.

Couldn’t use the pool it’s tiny and on the Main Street had a lot of young kids screaming in it everyday, need to have a time of the day for adults only. The breakfast is only donuts, bagels and muffins, no hot breakfast, I paid more for a breakfast and pool and couldn’t use either. The room was clean, staff was nice and was close to the beach but very noisy, you can hear everything outside and beside/above you. Would only stay here if I was in a pinch

Nice view of the beach, but the room was dirty and the balcony door was broken. The door was fixed the next day after a second conversation with the building staff. The breakfast is very limited.

Front desk staff were always so polite and willing to assist! Rooms were clean. They’re nothing special and could use updates but for the price, it met my expectations. We could see the ocean from our room and the location of the hotel is great! The grab and go breakfast was nice. My only complaint was they never took our trash in 3 days and we had to ask for towels every day. Minor inconveniences. We will definitely stay here again for our long weekend trips.

Clear pool aera

The property is an Okay one. We got an Ocean View Room, but it is obstructed by other hotels in front of it. The staff was not very helpful. The three days I was there, the staff did not service the room even once. The room phone does not work and the front desk could not hear us when taking on the phone. Went down to front desk and requested for new soap bar supplies and still did not get delivered to room. Bathtub was flaking and peeling in places. Balcony was very poor. Count but sit out there because of the heat from the AC. Have used other hotels in OCMD in the past. This was the first so far.

Nice convenient location, close to the beach.

The property itself looks tired, which would have been fine but the room was very lacking. The bathroom was not clean, when you used the shower the ceiling tiles were covered in condensation and water was leaking after. The a/c was "on" 76 when got to the room and it never really cooled down once we set the a/c for a lower temperature. The property is just very tired - for the price I paid I would have expected it to be in better shape.

Everything was neat and clean. The staff was very friendly.
