This hotel was great for me, my 2 daughters and our dog. I liked that the bedroom was separate from the living area so I can have some quiet time. We enjoyed the kitchenette and balcony. There was a nice indoor pool to enjoy. We wanted to use the Cardio equipment in the gym, but the machines were not working. So we went to a walking trail at a park across the street. Overall, it was a great affordable day that I will experience again.

Wasn't bad & was close to the beach! Staff were excellent! & after reading some reviews I was worried...however our reality was it is an aging hotel and could use some minor cosmetic repair but everything worked well! The staff were helpful & pleasant! & we loved that it was pet friendly! Was a few good days with the family & was within what was expected! Would stay again possibly but would like to be slightly closer to the middle of town on our next trip but overall we enjoyed our stay! No issues

Very clean and well maintained place. The location is ideal very close to stores, dinning and the beach is 2 block away.

I checked in at 1am to find a dirty room. Went to front desk and they had no rooms to change me to or any other solutions. i changed hotels the next morning and fighting for refund

The staff was great especially the manager,she really did her best to help us out especially me being disabled

Muy bien pasamos 2 noches lo unico que debería cambiar son los sofás cama porque si dice para 5 personas y ese sofá no está bueno para dormir no sirve el colchón se siente los resortes solo eso lo demas todo bien

Very affordable, and the staff was very helpful. I would stay here again. Small pool and the elevator is slow, but other than that it was a good spot.

My only complaint is the pool. Should consider renovation, making it larger and being able to open the ceiling

Staff was very friendly. Beach was a 2 minute walk. Parking on property. Pool was indoor and nice.

Great no frills affordable rental. Close to beach, great staff. Everything you need to have an affordable good time with the family. Rooms are spacious with a cook top, fridge.

I checked at 4.30. The room was not ready. Then it smell like they cleaned with undiluted bleach. The smell was too strong that burn my eyes. The AC in the entrance did not work. The manager was very helpfull and had someone fix the AC asap. I paid confortable hotel at a cheap motel. Shame for a chain in which the Carrousell is a part of it. Would not recomend

The floors were sticky and the property is pretty dated. However the customer service and employees were very friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff. Outdated amenities and pool needs an upgrade. You can see the handicap chair is all rusted. Rooms also need to remove the carpet as it looks very old.
