Cayman Suites Hotel

Superb

The kitchenette, and the view, indoor pool, covered parking Pillows and bed weren't the best and the TV in the bedroom didn't work well.

Pleasant

Superb

The toilet didn’t work and the door was not locked after housekeeping came. It was not a great stay.

The only issue i had with this place was it really needs some cleaning. There are stains on the furniture and when we opened the couch bed it was very nasty, dirty and full of stains so we never used it. Dishes in cabinets were not properly cleaned and stains on walls in all room even in bathroom. Bathtub needs some TLC.

Good for a basic no frills stay. Property and room were clean but outdated. Gym was okay but some broken equipment. Overall felt safe and good staff.

The property was everything that I thought it would be. The pool was not heated, but that was not a deal breaker.

Location. Cleanliness. Staff friendly. Need bigger coffee cups with lids!

Exceptional

Location Needs remodeling

It was cheap. And dirty. And no mattress on the pullout sofa just wire springs. Needs major cleaning and updates. Terrible. Will NEVER stay at any of your properties again.

Superb

Exceptional

The location was great, the room was spacious, plenty of room for my family of 4. Looked very clean. Could not hear anything from any of the people next to, above, or below us. The reception staff were very inviting and wonderful. The beds weren’t very comfortable, and it seemed like the air conditioning wasn’t working too well.

Very good

We stay here every time we go to Ocean City.

The worse stay ever 😫 please dnt go there. I can go on from floods to broken sinks.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. Rooms were nice and spacious. My family felt safe in and around the facility. The room was clean but the living room floor was very slippery. Probably, the products used to clean it had a residue. The bathtub had gripper in the bottom t o prevent falls. It was clean but looked dingy. It is time to replace and use anew or different anti slip item. I would greatly recommend this facility.

I did not expect to have a whole little kitchen area it was a last minute booking and I was really paying attention to the rooms until we arrived it was huge compared to most hotels and all the utensils you need just made it easier I didn't need to go out and get paper plates or bowls The stove fan didn't work sadly I think that was the only issue we had
