Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Ocean City, MD

I like how close to the beach the property was, however, the property itself lacks resources. One staff member and housekeeping isn’t consistent. The rooms were dirty not fully cleaned and the facilities were not cleaned well.

We were four days and the room was cleaned while we were there. We don't mind reusing towels and washcloths but there was no place to hang them to keep them from getting mildew.

What I liked about the property was that it was near the beach; literally walking distance. Breakfast was great, hot breakfast every morning . Staff were kind and helpful. Parking was tight; if you have a big car is challenging to park inside the garage. The room was clean. The only thing was that the air conditioner was dripping due to condensation. Part of the carpet was wet and I kept forgetting about it and kept stepping on it. Which was uncomfortable. The pool was ok. I really liked that towels were available.

Orlando was great, his assistant not so much. Not very friendly or helpful.

The carpet in our room was drenched from the leaking air conditioner. We reported it and nothing was fixed during our stay. Everything else was ok. Staff friendly. Good parking. Breakfast was ok.

Room was nice, big and clean. Breakfast was fresh and very good. There is no daily housecleaning, only every 3 days. Parking was ok but not great. Location was very good . Indoor pool was small and not so great.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. Our room was super clean and neat, and the bed was very comfortable. We will gladly stay here again.

Nice & clean, however, only gave 4 stars because we were there 4 days & no towels available when we asked for fresh towels. Staff didn’t know why they didn’t have any.

Had a wonderful stay at the Country Inn & Suites in Ocean City! The staff was incredibly welcoming and excellent throughout our trip. Our room was exceptionally clean, and the bed was so comfortable that we slept perfectly. Highly recommend!

Staff was very nice and everything was very clean.

At checkin, they tried charging us another resort fee per person, which we were already charged for via the online platform.

The beds were infested with bed bugs and the refrigerator stank as if something died in there. We had to change hotels in the middle of the night due to the bed bugs and now we are stuck with finding options for fumigation.

Water is running slow. AC is working loudly. Elevator is very slow. Breakfast is not bad.

Overall, we had a nice stay. It was clean, and everything was in working condition in the room. We used work out room: the treadmill and the stationary bike were out of order, which was frustrating because there were no signs indicating that. I tried to use it, and it took a few minutes to figure out that it wasn't working since they were plugged in. Probably the hotel can save some electricity by at least disconnecting them. The beach was nearby, but this particular inlet did not have bathrooms. It might not be a problem for some people. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I had nothing but positive experiences during my stay here. My family had no complaints either.
