Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Ocean City, MD

Breakfast, the indoor pool and the gym. It rained a few days so this was convenient. Treadmill was broken

The rooms very spacious, clean just setup well. Staff is very friendly, helpful and always available. There are a very good variety of restaurants and stores close by. This property is a nice little gem up in North Ocen City. Nothing was wrong with the hotel. Expectations were met as always.

Location Bathroom facilities need much maintenance! Sink plug didn't actuate and would get stuck in the closed position causing overflow in the sink. Toilet had a brown ring around it at the floor, possibly leaking, Shower head water discharge was bearing a dribble. No shower water pressure.

Really nice hotel, friendly staff, very welcoming, nice overall accommodations. However, the showerhead in our room needed to be replaced, the toliet tissue holder needs to be replaced. Every time I showered the water sprayed everywhere and the toliet tissue kept falling off the holder because the holder was broken. The breakfast was just ok, we o ly went 1 morning. I would stay again if they upgrade the showerhead. Overall, very quiet and safe feeling property.

Exceptional

Passable

Our first night at the Country Inn Hotel in Ocean Beach City, Room 212, was a nightmare. We found a bunch of bed bugs on our pillows. I have attached photos and videos as proof. We immediately contacted reception, but we were told there were no available rooms and nothing could be done. There was no manager on duty, only one receptionist, and we spent over two hours at the lobby waiting for a solution, while my two-year-old baby sleeping on my shoulder. Eventually, we were given a room on the 5th floor. This was an extremely stressful and unacceptable experience, especially with a young child. Bed bugs are a serious hygiene issue, and I expected much better from this hotel.

Easy to get to & comfortable place to take a rest after a Zach Bryan concert! Paying to park!

Paid cash for the parking fee and they charged my credit card also very unprofessional guess the girl at the desk needed money for the weekend

Clean, friendly staff, decent breakfast in the mornings The mattress. Just didn’t sleep all that great but that’s typical in a hotel

Everything Was Clean and Neat There Was Nothing To Not Like

There Was Nothing To Not Like

Comfortable

Nice place to stay, room was comfortable and quiet.

Disappointing

Room had a weird smell like of sweat and was musty, air conditioner was noisy, breakfast was area was chaotic only two waffle machines the line was long waiting to make a waffle. Need to get to breakfast early or there will be nothing left. Not worth the price paid. Also had to pay for parking it should be included.

Very good location, close to the beach, good amenities, helpful and friendly staff Our room had unfortunately mold. The rooms were otherwise nice and clean.

Good

Interesting building design; well maintained. Charging for parking so far from the center of Ocean City is a bit absurd and a pretty serious "gotcha" during check-in.
