The breakfast was delicious, clean rooms and great accessible parking. The staff was also very friendly and helpful however housekeeping was going to help us clean something that spilled and hours later never came, we needed new towels as well that never got delivered so we had to refollow up at that point they had already left and we had to have help from the desk. The ice machine was working for some ice and then stopped working, which was unfortunate on the hot day.

Room was very expensive and looked much better on the website. They also charged an additional $25 to check in an hour early which I have never experienced in my life , especially when I mentioned I am traveling alone with a baby. Carpet was wet and felt unclean the whole time. Towels also not fresh. Breakfast was powdered eggs and very cheap quality food and options. Overall definitely not worth the price at all. Quite disappointing

We arrived at the breakfast area at 9:20 and found there was no bread left. At 9:40, a staff member was already standing at the entrance, as if discouraging guests from continuing with breakfast. The breakfast options were extremely scarce, and well before the 10:00 AM closing time, quite a few items had already been removed. I will not recommend this hotel to any of my friends.

Parking was easy, beach was close, property was clean, pool was nice, staff was extremely helpful, food was steps away, AND affordable. What more could you ask for?

Amazing hotel, Amazing staff, minutes from beach, great breakfast, I prefer hotels not on the beach, because they are cleaner.

The Pros: Perfect Location: It’s tucked away from all the loud commotion, making it incredibly peaceful, yet it offers easy access to a very clean beach. It truly feels "close but far." Comfortable Rooms: Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Breakfast & Parking: The complimentary breakfast was a nice perk, featuring standard continental options plus a hot waffle maker, eggs, and a breakfast meat. There was also ample parking available for $15 a day. Areas for Improvement: Housekeeping Details: While the room was overall clean, a few small details were missed, like water stains on the faucets and a couple of small stains on the carpet. Nothing major, but noticeable. The Pool: The pool is on the smaller side and really needs more frequent cleanings throughout the day. There was quite a bit of sand in it and the water clarity didn't look the greatest (though the kids swimming didn't seem to mind!). Overall, it was a very nice, affordable stay and perfectly suited for a family trip. We would definitely consider staying here again!

The breakfast was good and perfectly adequate. The only things we think could be improved are the pillows, which were a bit too thin, and the housekeeping service. We didn’t receive any room service during our stay, although we probably could have if we had requested it. I understand that the hotel charges for parking, but I do think it’s a bit unfortunate to have to pay for parking on top of the room rate. That said, it wasn’t a major issue. We had a problem with the TV, and it was resolved within minutes after we reported it to the front desk. The service was outstanding (10/10), and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is also very close to the beach—less than a 5-minute walk away. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and I would 100% recommend this hotel.

Proximity to the beach. Away from Ocean City's party nights. The breakfast was not great especially the eggs. The room floor was icky.

Quite and location

Kyle was amazing! He answered all of our questions! We had 4 people staying in our room with one bed and a pull out couch. When we asked for bedding for the couch, Kyle was accommodating and gathered the bedding and extra pillows and had them ready for us, by the time we got back from our dinner. He remembered us when we returned and without reminding him, he grabbed them as soon as we walked in. The $15 a night parking was unexpected. I did not see this posted anywhere when booking the room and with the price of the hotel, I find this unnecessary. During peak season or not, the price of the room was enough considering the condition of the hotel (watermarks from the last guest on the nightstand, clothes left in the dresser, wear in the hotel- normal upkeep that needs done within the hotel- we stayed here previous years and nothing has been updated since).

I been coming to this hotel for years can’t remember the last time I stayed at an another hotel in ocean city. If you want to be closer to the board walk this isn’t the hotel for you . But if you like a low key spot that has clean rooms that are spacious and well kept this is the one for you. If you have kids you are neighbors to McDonald’s and Dumsers for ice cream let alone candy kitchen right on the property. Quick easy 3 minute walk to the beach where the area isn’t so crowded. If the beach isn’t for you there is an indoor pool which normally isn’t crowded it’s kind of nice. This hotel is always clean and the staff are always willing to help. I’m never up for the free breakfast except for one time it was great. Recommend this hotel for sure

Staff was very nice and helpful. Got early check in without any issues. Location of the hotel is excellent. So much nearby to walk to and the beach is right there. Breakfast was good to have. Room could have been a little cleaner, but it did have everything stocked well. Overall a great hotel for the price point and location. Would stay again!
