Close to the beach. Building was nice. The room was very dated.

A nice stay for families. Friendly staff and guests. Northside Park fireworks display visible from the deck. A short walk to the beach. Covered parking. A full kitchen stocked with dishes, etc. Clean and safe environment. A short walk to several restaurants. There is a loud air conditioning unit on the balcony. Soundproofing between units could be better. No cable or local channels available on the TV.

Property was great. However I didn’t receive the same condo that I booked.

So close to the beach and conveniently located to restaurants and stores. Huge living room!

I liked that it was clean. The bed was terrible. Felt cheap, like one of those out of a box mattresses that has been over used. The bed frame was even worse. Even though we were told there wouldn't be any overhead noise, the air conditioning unit was right on the wall on our deck and was really loud in the living room. It also looks like the ceiling leaks.

Location is superb! You can walk to anywhere you need to go and just steps from the beach! Nothing

The property was amazing!

We loved the Condo. It was nicely furnished and well equipped. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beach was a few steps away and very clean! We had a wonderful vacation week! The sofa cushions were not comfortable (you sink in). Condo could use a large pot for cooking spaghetti...or crabs. The A/C filters need to be cleaned (no cold air comes into bedroom), but ceiling fan helped. Other than these issues, great Condo!

Location, kitchen, bath jacuzzi and double balcony were nice. Decor was beachy and nice. Substantial choice of kitchen items. Bed mattresses were stiff and uncomfortable. Heard too much mayhem through the walls from noisy children at midnight even though the condo rules were specific to keep quiet, obviously those parents didn't tell their children. The owner should throw away the really old peeling Teflon fry pans and get new ones.

In addition, when we arrived a used soap bar was in the shower, the tub was not cleaned well and food was left in the cabinets. Initially, the manager asked us to remove the items, instead of having someone ensure that our room was ready and well cleaned. Also, the furniture on the balcony was torn and worn out. We made the best out of the situation but would not book this condo again. Ocean View is the premier option when going to the beach. To offer Ocean View and not provide it is very bad business.

Very nice condo, small ocean view but perfect to look out in the morning and see how beautiful the ocean is. The game room and pool were a nice extra to have to stay entertained. Loved the location. We had a fantastic time. Definitely will be back.

From the moment we arrived, our trip was lovely. Tammy at the front desk was warm and welcoming, giving our dog a treat and greetung her along with us. The unit we stayed in was perfect from the decor to the beautiful view of the ocean. It was clean and cômortelle, fully stocked with everything we could possibly need for our stay, including fun games to play. We really enjoyed the commôn area with all the arcade games and comfort of home. It was just steps to the beach and close to everything we love in OC. We look forward to making this an annual visit!

The location, the accommodation, the service Very thin walls and floor. People above us was making so much noise it the way they walk or kid’s running around for hours. Or people next door hacking early in the morning. Very thin walls.

The location was great The place was like staying in a dog kennel and yes I am a pet owner there were dogs everywhere barking all hours of the night because there owners are incompetent inconsiderate especially the unit next to us 306 they left 2 dogs barking an whining from 8am to 2-3 am my whole stay totally disrespectful

Check in went well, the room was wonderful. The view of the ocean was good but had to walk to the beach to see the sunrise beacuse a building in front blocked our view from the balcony. The air conditioning unit is loud when it kicks on but that is monor and did not disrupt the stay. Over all it was a great weekend. The price could be lower but other than that no complaints. (I bboked through booking.com - Next time I will go through Marylander themselves to book) The buidling in front of the view of the sunrise from our specific room was slightly disheartening but we didn't have to walk far to watch it from the sand on the beach so that made it okay. Overall it was a great family weekend.
