The hotel was clean and nice. It was in walking distance to the harbor and beach.

The elevator and hallways were so unbelievably hot. Instant sweat and we are from Fresno! No room service and we are members. I called and they said no new towels so we used the same 3 towels for 4 days. I loved the observation deck. I used the fitness room once. Too hot and small. Loved the distance to the beach! The breakfast was mid for the price. We had a burrito and it was so small. Pancakes were great and so was the server! I appreciated the front desk giving us more k cups. The water was always empty and it was so needed as the hotel was so grossly hot! We stay there a lot so not sure if we will come back due to lack of service in rooms, heat and fitness room was so hot and no dinner. But rooms were great and so is the location and staff was friendly even if they wouldn’t give us fresh towels. :)

Upon arrival, the facility charged me $105 more than I was quoted on Expedia. They offered no resolution to this easy to fix issue. The thermostat in the room would only lower to 70°, in a $300+ per night room, AND kicked off overnight which necessitated waking up in discomfort to turn the system back on. These are easy amendments that this hotel offered zero to correct.

Breakfast poor quality. Tiny pool. Not worth the price.

Clean nice hotel

The upgrade queen bed room was very clean, comfortable, roomy. The beds and pillows were comfortable. However, there wasn’t a closet. Apparently only the 6th floor rooms have SOME view from what we could see. The pool was very small which looked like a jacuzzi. We couldn’t find the outdoor patio which looked very nice on picture. We found one that had a faded and old lounge furniture. The one we found didn’t have any umbrellas or cover. The lobby and eating area is small but clean. With that said, we were very disappointed. Unfortunately, we booked by trusting the pictures that they have posted.,I would also be careful walking around there because there were several homeless people. I told the clerk that was on duty on Tuesday (7/28) how we felt. He didn’t even look up. He just asked if I wanted to cancel. A course we couldn’t at that time since it was already evening. The clerk on Wednesday 7/29 morning was very friendly and polite.

They gave us a handicap room…..staff not friendly.

Amazing stay! Clean, large room. Breakfast was wonderful with plenty of options. Staff was helpful and friendly. Close to the beach and food. We’ll be back!

Nice hotel, my room was great only thing wrong the latch that locks the door was half way broken. Hallway smelled musty and was hot.

It was clean and quiet, no issues.

The door to the room did not shut completely, had to pull or push after closing. Also, one plug behind the bedside table didn’t work at all! The beds and AC were good. The biggest problem was lack of places to plug in your electronics. Be sure to bring your own adapters to plug into. There were plugs, just no electronic cord plugs. This could easily be fixed by getting new lamps with electronic cord plugs built into the base. We were told that the hotel was soon to be completely renovated. And it needs it. So I don’t think they want to invest in new lamps. Also, we couldn’t find th main entrance at first. A bit confusing.

It was clean and ok. The free breakfast is false. There is no free breakfast at this hotel!!

The worst part is that we left one item on the room. And i called afternoon after we left and 3 consecutive days after , and staff was not able to locate it. Which i think is very sad because item we have left was propably not worth much for enyone just my family. We are at fault of leaving it, but i would expect hotel with that proce tag to ateast attempt to find it.

Our room wasn't ready when we arrived at 5 p.m. and we were asked to wait an additional 30 minutes as housekeeping had just arrived in our rooms. There was no attempt to fix the situation other than providing an additional snack bag for the inconvenience. I was advised there was no daily housekeeping when I went downstairs to request more towels, I was given one less than I requested because they were currently washing all the towels. Again, there was no attempt to remediate the situation or an offer to have the additional towel delivered. They were professional and not rude but seemed under prepared and unwilling to ameliorate situations.
