Best Western Plus Oceanside Palms

We had a great time visiting Oceanside. Our hotel was clean, if a little dated. The staff was amazingly kind and helpful. So friendly!!!

The breakfast was good and staf was friendly

I also didn’t like the smell in the lobby. The breakfast was just okay. It wasn’t as good as the reviews suggested, and the overall experience didn’t meet my expectations. I won’t be booking this hotel again.

The gym equipment is very old and worn down. They have 3 sets of dumbbells 3lbs, 5lbs, 8lbs and the dumbbells are pealing. The two treadmills worked fine. A good set of dumbbells would make a big difference. Overall our experience was fine, but for the price paid, we expected updated amenities.

Centrally located close to downtown area with shops and restaurants plus it was close to the beach. Great staff and very helpful.

Clean room, good breakfast))

Staff new nothing about the rooms they rent. Shower in disabled bathroom didn't work and didn't send maintenance to fix, said find another hotel. We already paid over $300. What the heck is wrong with the staff

The hotel and parking was very convenient and the staff was helpful and accommodating. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Great amenities and breakfast.

Staying here was really nice. The staff was very helpful and kind, the room was very clean and organized, there’s plenty of parking, and the breakfast was nice as well!

We had a great comfortable stay

Our room in 214 was good but I had a stagnant old water smell. I’m not sure if there’s a leak somewhere where it’s wet Free breakfast was simple but good.

Very clean, very spacious room and able to rest peacefully.

Pool was cold and there were no umbrellas for shade at the pool. The pool lounge chairs had no cushions. They were hard as a rock. Very uncomfortable!
