Best Western Plus Oceanside Palms

Bed was comfortable Could hear the noises from outside

Exceptional

Great size rooms with AC , great breakfast, very pet friendly and plenty of parking. Overall very great stay and staff was nice.

I rented an Airbnb that turned out to be a nightmare. So I had to book a room at the last minute. The staff made sure that I was taken care of for the rest of my stay. The rooms were very clean and the staff was so nice and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Camp Pendleton on my next trip.

Very good

Great place to stay. All good.

Very good

We had issues with our room card keys. Front desk gave us two cards when we checked in. Both cards did not work. Font dest re-programmed them only to find out that one of the two then worked. I had to go down and ask for two NEW cards. After that all worked. Room was very clean. Washroom and shower was great. Plenty of towels. Good water pressure and temperature. We asked for third floor (top level) Very quiet! Our hotel room door had a mechanism that did not allow the door to slam shut. LOVED it. For some reason, we heard only ONE other door on our floor slam shut. Not sure why other people do not think of other? Hotel was at a great location. Breakfast was very good and offered a nice variety of breakfast food. If you go "off hours" (earlier or later) it would probably hget less congested. We arrived just before 8 am and had no problem with access to food or finding a table. After 8 am it got crowded, so we were happy to have gone earlier. Staff at front desk are very kind even though we had the "key" issue.

The staff was attentive. The hotel was in a quite area but close to everything. The continetial breakfast was good with eggs bacon salsa and tortillas along with waffles danish and cereal. Would stay here again.

Staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. Location was ok would like to be closer to main part of the city. Enjoyed my stay will return again. Room as good very clean and comfortable. location could be closer to main part of the city. walk to pier and harbor was a little far for us. Breakfast could have been better.

It was good but can do better

Superb

Our room had a musty smell like maybe the linens hadn't been changed. The location in Oceanside was not pleasant. Next to a trailer park and construction and the freeway. I actually saw a young woman who could have been a prostitute coming into the hotel.

Had a great one night stay with my family. Would come stay again.

Run down dirty room. Price does not reflect the stay.

Clean room great staff

Great staff, very helpful and friendly. No fault if the staff, but the key cards wouldn't work, had to keep getting them rekeyed. Staff mentioned that they were updating to the tab soon.

Very nice hotel. Love the indoor fragrance. Larger rooms and bath. Great breakfast and Marcella was so helpful in breakfast room. Parking available at hotel. Great vacation choice.
