Motel 6 Oceanside, CA Marina / Camp Pendleton

The water was turned off, for some kind of repairs during my stay for a few days, one of the days for 8 hours straight. The Motel 6 offered nothing for this major inconvenience. What's worse is the man at the front desk, Sam who was very nasty, took a personal call while I was at the front desk talking to him. Then he accused me of having an extra person sleep in my room, not true. He said i had to leave because of It. It never happened and can be verified by the security footage. I've never dealt with anyone as horrible as this person and I've been staying at motel 6 for years. This hotel is better than that, at least it used to be.

Hotel is in a great location with excellent service. However there was no microwave as stated in your amenities. The manager said they removed all of them several months ago. Otherwise, everything was great!

The maintenance of the room, I think, was not appropriate since neither the sheets nor the floor were cleaned, I usually do not make these comments, but I expected a better staff to prepare. The first boy who attended me did not even explain the process and I had to check in the 3 days of my lodging, the second girl who helped me very kindly and apologized for what happened and explained the procedure again, the elevator during my visit did not present a reliable elevator to be able to use.

Location is great.inn n out across the streets good for food I will booked a king room they gave me an old dirty Queen room. Would not give me what I paid for. Staff was rude and unhelpful. I wouldn't stay here again
