Easy walking distance

Bathroom: 80% clean

No one at front desk upon checking in and checking out. Rooms are clean but rest of the property is dated.

Central location In & Out across the street. Walking distance to the Marina. Elevator out of service but was fixed in a decent time. Overall good

I get it was a Motel 6, but for $377 for 1 night I expected at least the bare minimum. The elevator was broken, ice maker broken and our room smelled like a sewer.

A couple of things regarding the room. It was lacking a microwave, there’s a klee fire n print yet and coffee maker.

Non english speaking folks made us wait for 30 minutes and very difficult to understand. Not a bad property and a great location across from In-N-Out. Would not stay there again despite this due to the 'management'. Not customer friendly. Didn't care. Not a single smile or apology.

The rooms were remodeled but that's about it. Plenty of parking. If your not gonna stay in hotel room much just for sleep good location. Wish they had coffee maker in room. Had coffee in lobby. Looks like alot of work still needs to be done on the premises

Only 1 ice machine at front of office works thats been like that for over 3 years i thought after remodel and new owner they would fix it?

THE PRICE/QUALITY NORMALLY IS PERFECT here in this H, but this time a bit too much for it, the pool is not the best they have, the rooms are more original than others, the last room was very dirty.

Love my stay here the staff is so amazing worth it and very clean and quite love love love the staff

TV didn't work right

I had no issues with the hotel other than a strong chemical odor in the room. Perhaps it was from new paint or cleaning products. Whatever it was, I couldn't stay in the room. Unfortunately, they were fully booked at the time I reported the issue, so I couldn't change rooms, which caused me to book a different hotel.

Under construction

This hotel is a dump. They cater to the homeless. The homeless get vouchers to stay there and are given the best rooms. The view rooms. There were ants in the room and bathroom. Crawling on us as we slept. We went ourselves and got bug spray. Hair on the walls in the bathtub/shower. Open packages of shampoo in the shower. Drug deals going down in the parking lot. The last night we were there, an overdose happened on the 3rd floor. Security is a joke. When I went to check out I asked for Corporates phone number and I was told they didn’t have one, that I could tell them.. yeah right.. looked it up and got it.. Horrible Place!!!

Some rooms have a beach view and they are very large rooms as well

Bath has major attitude. Very rude.
