Super 8 by Wyndham Oceanside Downtown

The room was very nice! Only down side there was a homeless person who asked us for money in the parkinglot

Big sink in room next to bed loud faucet cigarette burnt marks on toilet cover and bed cover 25. Cents for ice and the machine was so loud when dispensing could hear it every time, had last room on first floor across from ice machine tv issues too guy had to come set it up.

Truly not a property worth a stay or the name Wyndham. Poorly maintained, malfunctioning air system which distributed so much moisture into the room that the bed was soaking wet from the condensation, door not sealed or working, no hangers, shelves or luggage racks, and leaky faucet. Boxed mattresses were stored outside between buildings. The only positive surprise was that the shower was functioning. Please, Wyndham and Hotels.com and others, please reconsider your connection to this facility! Also, city of Oceanside, take note.

I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The stuff was great. The room was clean. It's in a convenient location. I will definitely be recommending this hotel and will be back.

10 min walk to the pier!

Easy to access from the highway.

The road noise is particularly bad at this location, and it is hard to get into the parking lot from the road. The ice machine requires quarters (the front desk will give you quarters, but the staff was not present when we needed to use it). The free breakfast is wrapped Hostess products (twinkies, cupcakes, etc.), some fruit, and coffee. The location is close to the beach and Legoland.

They are very attentive

but some homeless around the streets.

Dated but we'll maintained. We got a room with two king beds and a small sofa. Lots of room for a family of four. Location is great for Oceanside Harbor and downtown. Only thing was breakfast could have been better

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is an incredibly convenient location. The rooms were clean and the amenities were great. We have no complaints and would definitely stay here again. The value for the price was great. We personally did not partake in the breakfast, however, it is a cute little continental grab and go breakfast, which is a nice touch.

I stay there several times a year. Staff are professional and very friendly.

There was some inconveniences however they did try to give a resolution for some them, others, I dealt with in my own way. They did change the towels and the trash everyday like we asked and not having to remind them. Some of the stuff in the room needed to be fixed or it wasn't working correctly.

The motel is fine. it’s conveniently located in O’side and the property is maintained and clean. It is very noisy. The front desk attendant charged an additional $50 at check in as a deposit which was never refunded. Overall rate including the additional $50 is over $200 per night which is high for the mediocre facility and location. For that amount, staying elsewhere is a better proposition.

Did not eat breakfast The parking lot

The tv didn’t work, had to get help from front desk to put it on the right channel and the cable box wasn’t plugged in, we had to stretch a cable across the room having the cable box dangle to plug it in, then the tv would glitch and not move extremely pixelated. (Direct Tv) So we couldn’t use the tv. The hot tub had foot marks when we came in and there was no soap for the hot tub. The one person on shift had to call his supervisor 3 times till there was an answer to find the soap. Then The hot tub didn’t plug completely, had to use a wash cloth. This was not work $360.
