Loved it!!

Your staff is amazing! The lady that runs that kitchen is phenomenal, so sweet and kind. You can tell they take a lot of pride in your hotel. It smelled great cleaning done promptly. Just overall was fantastic. One of the three rooms we rented had a little bit of a smell coming from the ac. Unit but was not horrible.

We did like the staff and the room the only problem is the wifi we cannot have a good internet and it's not a good place to stay while you are working online ,
-
Our room had ants

The room was clean, the decor was very nice, and the condition of the room was great. Breakfast was also provided which was decent. The room was very close to the highway, so it was pretty noisy the entire time, even at all hours of the night.
-
The breakfast was good. Hot tub & pool were clean & enjoyable. Some of the staff were helpful. The location to the interstate is great, but the few blocks surrounding the hotel is a bit sketchy.
-
Great housekeeping when requested
-
Location was good. There was plenty of free parking. It was nice that they included breakfast.
-
Breakfast was great! Pool area very fun!

The room did have an unusual odor when we first walked in but it went away after a while. There wasn't body wash in the shower. The room was clean. Breakfast was good, only issue was that the dining area was a bit cramped. The pool and hot tub were nice, the only problem was that there was not much light available, even though it was pretty dark. Some of the lightbulbs were out so that made it darker.

The hotel is in a convenient location and rooms have been updated however we did see a bug in the room and reported it. Also room cleaning had to be requested but they did clean it the same day. The breakfast was a repeat of eggs and sausage (no bacon or potatoes).

Exceptional

Only thing I would critique is that it was extremely hot in my room, no matter the AC and fan going constantly it seemed there was no circulation. Other than that it was a good stay. Food was okay for breakfast, nothing exciting for typical breakfast from a hotel.

Polite staff, breakfast perfect, rooms nice, nice stay!
