Nothing Everything Staff is rood and no will of service No ac or enough fans

Bathroom door is glass- please change that and no opening window or vent (pretty sure that’s a requirement), Water pressure in the shower absolutely horrible, not a lot of Toiletries offered, but the view is stunning

Loved the balcony and amazing view! Location was wonderful! Staff were very friendly and helpful! The hot water took awhile to work with the shower but once it did it was great! Overall, the view can't be beat!

The view is the best, from South facing room, especially. The staff are awesome. No A/C, but they provide fans in each room. Would have loved a TV in the second bedroom too.

First of all, the views are spectacular! The views of the ocean is what I come to the ocean for because i rarely get in the water. So, to have the views of the ocean laying in bed instead of the hot, hard sand is a no brainer! The staff is very informative and friendly. And the suite that i have is cozy and romantic! The no AC is totally not a factor because opening the double doors to let the fresh air and breeze in takes your experience of tranquility to another level! The hotel is older, well kept and theres nothing that a little elbow grease can't fix! My husband loves the beach so i brought him here for his birthday! This hidden gem is located on a peninsula that gives a little seclusion and we enjoy the privacy! We love it so much that I am going to try to see if they have availability to extend our stay!

Such an amazing atmosphere

Room had a pill bottle left and could have been a bit cleaner. Ants everywhere so that means need more rules about people fishing and cutting the fish right there and letting ants come, people leaving food out over night for birds or other pests

Nothing The property is an old hotel in the harbor and it isn’t handicap accessible.

View was good . No air conditioning

Everything ! The view, the soothing sounds of the surf and the boats rocking in the harbor, fresh ocean breezes, the staff was welcoming and accommodating, my room had a small kitchen and a patio with table and chairs. The recently updated bathroom and room with a fireplace were all worth the extra $. The bed was firm and comfortable, the salt water pool and the hot tub were clean and refreshing. I only wish I could have stayed longer. The place had oodles of old world charm. I had no complaints but talking to other guests, they did not see on the website that there was no AC and no elevator. They did have fans in the room.

Location is great. Parking is really tight. Room was a studio with 2 beds and it was really hot in the room and the bathroom was not adequate with the toilet being child level.

Kitchen is missing so many utensils! Pans and skillet are literally one huge pot and one tiny skillet in the drawers. No spatula and only 2 forks. There was also NO A/C during this disgusting humidity and had to try and sleep through the night so uncomfortable with nothing but a fan. Woke up in the middle of the night drenched in sweat. Also rooms upon entering smell of mildew. Soo not worth the price per a night's stay. This place looks run down. Parking is a nightmare and so tight everywhere and they have the gull to charge for it. Towels gave me an allergic reaction to my face. Either too much clorox or bacteria. Only pro of this place is the views of the water. Also,on your official hotel's website it says no pets allowed, yet, all I kept hearing all night was dogs barking next door. Couch in the room was full of lint/pet hair. It even got my pajamas full of it. Yuck! Not everyone wants dog hair on their clothes. Lastly how can you NOT have cold running water in the shower or sinks? Nothing but warm water during this heat wave is unbareable.

View was wonderful, but the room was very tried and could use upgrading. Shower was low pressure, outside hot tube was in terrible condition. No AC and no elevators. Staff were very nice and welcoming.

So nice and the property was well maintained no enjoyed my stay and can’t wait to come back!
