Oceanside Marina Suites

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The room smelled terrible, there was no air conditioning, and despite advertising that the room included a microwave, there wasn’t one. The room was uncomfortable and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, one of the staff members was extremely rude and unhelpful. The hotel did not deliver what was promised, and the customer service was unacceptable. I will not be staying here again and recommend looking elsewhere.

Location was great No air-conditioning parking was difficult on the weekends

This property does not advertise that they do not have air-conditioning. They are not honest and upfront about this on purpose. The facilities was filthy. The floors were stained. The furniture was dilapidated. The mattress was filthy and old. The pool closed at nine. We had no room service no cleaning services minimal supplies in the room. Extreme Sewage smell in my bathroom due to old piping. Parking extra cost, and parking was extremely difficult due to the size. Staff was not helpful.

On the positive side, parking was hassle-free and conveniently close to our room, likely because the hotel wasn't at full capacity. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff was very welcoming throughout our stay. Unfortunately, a few key issues dragged down the experience. We found a dirty towel in our room, but the ultimate dealbreaker was the complete lack of air conditioning. While I realize coastal hotels sometimes rely on ocean breezes, opening the windows and running the ceiling fans simply wasn't enough to keep the room cool or get proper airflow moving. Between the cleanliness oversight and the uncomfortable room temperature, we likely wouldn't stay here again.

Nothing like the pictures online, The nice thing was the common area by the pool to see the ocean view.

Hotel actually canceled our pre-paid room booked and paid for in March 2026 on July 25th...2 days before our arrival. Hung up on Expedia representative trying to resolve the issue. Assistant manager told me I was making a scene when I asked for documentation of all communications. Said they could not help us as Expedia was a 3rd party booking site (advice to hotel...don't use them if you're not honoring rooms booked by them). Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Only view and location. Very disappointing experience. During our 5-day stay, the room was never cleaned, and the towels were never replaced. The room did not look like the photos shown on Booking.com and was much more outdated than expected. There was also no air conditioning, which made the stay very uncomfortable, especially during warm weather. For the price we paid, we expected much better service and accommodations. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

from the good: very good place and location. nice area. the room was nice, clean and spacious. from the bad: no air conditioners! they need to work on installing them in the rooms. it was very hot! the water in the sink did not drain, not all rooms were renovated. and also, the staff came 4-5 times starting from 8pm to say that the pool closes at 9pm), it was strange) by the pool there are three barbecues, and two cheap plastic tables and three and a half chairs. seven sunbeds for the entire pool. there is something to work on. overall 4 with a minus out of 5

I understand this place is a bit dated. And I am willing to overlook that to some degree. No A/C? Fine. It is right by the water and usually not needed. And the box fans provided did the trick. But not a single vending machine on the premise? In what era are we staying? The "welcome" at the front desk was very flat in affect and nary a smile. It was if I were interrupting their job when I checked in. Finally, the room was fairly clean across the board except....the bathroom floor (and walls) had a pleathora of long black hair! Perhaps a vaccuum would work better than whatever approach is currently being used. It was disgusting to see such an abundance of hair. I get that one or two strands might linger, but I could have started working on a toupee with the amount there. Would I stay again? Yes. The rest was amazing. But I would insist on a bathroom inspection before committing to a room. And would definetely pack in my own bottles of water.

Nice location at the harbor. The staff was really good. They were attentive and upgraded us to a bigger room. It’s old and dated. Definitely need to upgrade the property. Everything seems super old. No air conditioning. That was a bummer. 3rd party bookers don’t mention that. The properties website doesn’t either until checkout. At least that’s what I was told.

The main positive of the hotel was the view from our room. It was beautiful on our balcony. The front desk employee was very kind. The down side was the bed was really hard and not comfortable. The shower had no water pressure because the shower heads were very clogged. The water took a long time to just barely get warm. We weren’t aware there wasn’t any air conditioning. The hotel did provide 2 nice fans that helped with that. Check out was at 11 but we had the staff knock at 8:00am waking us up to maybe clean the room. We had the executive single suite with a private balcony and I do think it had to be the best view the hotel had.
