Oceanside Marina Suites

This property is right on the water. It’s beautiful. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. The water pressure in the shower was very low. There is no A/C but there are fans in the room to keep it comfortable. I would stay here again.

It is a relatively old property that appears well-maintained. There are no elevators. the day of my arrival I suffered a major gout attack and could barely shuffle my feet to walk. Battling the stairs every day was horribly painful and dangerous. Even the lobby is on the 2nd floor. Upon arrival I begged for a ground level room due to my medical condition. The staff considered it for less than 30 seconds and said they were not able to accommodate me. The entire suite is very plain and only had only one piece of art on one wall. All the walls are blank. The TV s are old and not very bright. There is no way to cast movies from your phone or tablet to the TV. There are no instructions on how to light the fireplace. There is no AC. The suite was clean, quiet and the bedding was very comfortable. The room had both a shower and a separate bathtub. Hot water is readily available.

This was the 1st time my room had not been dusted everywhere. . For the price, I was a bit disappointed.

Great location for walking around & close to food. The only problem I had was we had some loud people talking outside my room after hours.

The hotel was really well kept and the location was also excellent Parking was unfortunately only available for one car per room, my group and I had 3 cars, so we had to park 2 off-site. Thankfully there was free parking available around the corner too.

We had high expectations for our stay. However, the room that was advertised was significantly exaggerated. It was excessively priced. There were no table and chairs available for seating in the room. Additionally, a down comforter was absent. The outdoor jacuzzi was in a state of disarray. The banisters were either rusty or cracked, which was a stark contrast to the ambiance depicted in the room's photographs that we anticipated. It felt as if the room was undergoing renovations and we were merely an afterthought. Furthermore, the option to use my ADA placard instead of paying for parking was rendered pointless, as our room was located on the third floor, necessitating the climb of several stairs to reach it, which is quite unreasonable.

Very nice suits also the courtyard and surrounding grounds and very beautiful very nice views highly recommend Oceanside suites

Beautiful grounds No lock on screen door. There was a hole in the screen door. We were unable to keep doors open to let in the cool breeze since there is no air conditioning. Bathtub faucet was missing pieces. No ice machine.

Beautiful and calm place. Staff were nice and helpful.

This room had an excellent ocean view and had recently been updated. This was a nice surprise and we were impressed with the updated accommodations. The renovations included more electical outlets and a beautiful walk-in shower. My mistake, for not requesting a ground floor room as we are senior citizens, but the staff was very accommodating to help us get our items upstairs and then back down when we departed. The WiFi leaves a lot to be desired as it is very slow and sometimes things did not download at all. I hope this can be addressed for future visits.

The staff were extremely helpful with anything we needed. Rooms were top of the line.

The 2 bedroom suite with a view of the water. The two suites next to is had loungers outside and we only had a table.

Next time, will try to get an ocean view. Sofa in the living room was not comfortable at all. I am small and I even sank to the frame when I sat down. The bed was so-so.

Also no elevator so if u have alot of baggage kind of a pain going up and down the stairs. The parking spots are VERY tight. We have a full size truck and it was very difficult to park. We ended up parking at the yatch club. The last row closest to the street is open parking. No permit needed. Great location and ocean breeze It is a older property so make sure u stay on the second floor, otherwise you can hear your neighbors above you.

Loved that I could hear the ocean waves crashing from my room! I didn’t know there was no vending machine or mini store. Would have been nice to know this via property description so I could have planned ahead.

Great room with views

The room was clean, bed and beddings were clean. However, there was a strong smell coming out from the carpet it was the wood?

Great location! Great room layouts! Cheap bedding and no A/C was uncomfortable and the provided fan was less than adequate. Needs a few more kitchen-basics to be functional. Hot tub was nice but full of very small children who probably should not have been allowed in a hot tub. Salt water pool was nice but loud. Amazing harbor and bay views. Not fancy but nice enough to justify the price… Almost. I will be back but my expectations will not be as high next time.
