clean and good breakfast Requested towels and never got them or heard from anyone on two deferent days.

Was a quick overnight stay but we are very happy with the facility, staff and location. Close to the beach/pier and walking distance to lots of eateries.

Room was clean and the staff were all very professional and kind.

Hotel is slightly below average. Staff is friendly and the breakfast was decent. Where we ran into issues was the cleanliness. The room cleaners forgot to clean our room and we had trash overflowing and ran out of soap and towels. When brought to the attention of the hotel, nobody seemed to care. The room wasn’t that clean when we arrived either, leading me to believe the room cleaners just aren’t doing their job. The location of this hotel is great, but that’s probably the only thing keeping it in business.

Everything was great except … paying almost $700 and the bed absolutely sucks . Some of the outlets didn’t work … the shower was actually amazing giving the 2 shower heads but yeah I touched that bed and immediately wanted to go home ;(

It was one block from the beach, pool on the top floor, short walks to restaurants and brew houses and the room was quiet. Subterranean parking for guests is available which is a plus. The beds could have been more firm, which is my preference. Right outside our room, across the hallway in the wall was a vent blowing hot air straight into our room as we opened the door. I don't know what it was for. A/C exhaust is always taken outside, and this was not humid air. I told the reception desk that I directed louvres upward so the air would not blow into the room. He was not aware of the vent and was gracious and apologized. No big deal in the end, just a minor nuisance.

Great property. Beautiful room on the terrace. Great live music. Wonderful daily breakfast. I wish the pool was open just a bit later but that was not a deal breaker.
