SpringHill Suites by Marriott Oceanside Beach

Checkin was easy and the staff was very friendly and helpful!

Location is great, close to beach and lots of restaurants. Our room was ready at 6pm for 4pm check in. Staff made error with billing. Pool on roof is very small when so many people there.

The girl at the front desk check-in would not let us check in 10 minutes early. She was kind of snooty and snotty.She said she would text us when the room was ready at four and then she never did and we didn’t end up getting into our room until almost 430. We had to come back and ask again. Also, the elevators were very slow..

Great breakfast! Only a block from the beach. Parking is $$ but worth it for the location. Would highly recommend.

It was perfect for a family of 6 easy to walk around everything close by

Enjoyed the hotel, but was not impressed with the paper plate and plastic utensil breakfast. Made the whole experience rather ordinary.

This place was fantastic. Surrounding areas for food and so close to the beach. Only negative is there elevators take forever. Parking was easy and if you have a large vehicle public parking or a right next door to it.

We went with the partial view of the ocean, and the room had an excellent view of Strand Pier, and a decent view of the ocean. Well worth the money to get a room with a view. This is the second year in a row that I have visited, and on both occasions we have had issues with not being able to get towels and a decent room cleaning. We used the tablet to order a room cleaning, but no one came and we had to ask the front desk twice, in addition to using the tablet to request. A family that primarily goes to the beach needs places to hang their wet clothes on, which the hotel rooms really don't provide, and it needs frequent room cleanings and clean towels.

Great place to stay. Can’t wait to go back.

Fantastic location at a decent budget price.

The free breakfast is good, although by the end of the 5th day, we were ready for some 'real eggs' and bacon. Would be nice to have had more fresh fruit options. Also, the stair cases were dilapidated, and the elevators (when both working) were fine, but if one wasnt working took too long to go up/down. For the money, relative to the Mission Pacific or the Seabird, its a good value / low budget option.

Everything was great at the hotel. The location was great. The staff was fabulous. Enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. The pool on the roof was great. The only issue was one elevator was not working and it took a long time

Stayed here before and always amazing! Great for families, staff is amazing!
