Excellent location and clean. Needs a bit of upgrades, straight toilets, fix the cracks on the titles, shower handles not centered, and a few bubbles on the wallpaper

The shower leaked onto the floor we told the front counter person

Hidden little gem. We had a great room. Room 212 came with an outdoor patio which was perfect for laying out during the day ocean view. And hanging out at night leave the door open for that ocean breeze!! The bed and pillow were cozy. AC blew nice and cold. It was quiet and very peaceful. The hotel staff was wonderful. The Little Dawn attached to the hotel was AMAZING!!!! I highly suggest having dinner there. Food was delish, the even carry Natural wine…. Parking is $28 a day which I felt should had been included. The only downfall I had was the rain shower head did not work at all….. And even though petty the two bottles of water in the room should’ve been complementary when spending almost $700 for two nights.

I loved it! The location was central to shops, restaurants, entertainment, the beach; just everything. I am booked to stay again in just a few days; I liked it that much. There was trash on the floor of the restaurant both days that I ate there and it was the same trash from the day before and in the same location. However, the service was excellent as well-as the food.

Nice staff. Charged me twice, but didn't respond to my inquiry.

one would expect more than what the Fin Hotel represented under the "Tapestry Collection". I was not impressed at all. The view from my room was tiny version of a used car lot. I brought my own coffee pot and water. The restaurant adjacent to the lobby called for a reservation which I was not informed of this at check in. After I was granted permission to dine this establishment , I placed an order for a Grey Goose brand vodka martini. The server's eyes bulged and he suddenly looked faint. He immediately began to procrastinate over what I ordered verses what they had to offer. Finally he admitted that they only had the "house" brand which was an unfamiliar rye grain vodka label. Perhaps something found at World Market. The biggest disappointment was the fact that there was no bathtub. Since I was only there for one day. I could have parked on the street at no charge. Rather having to pay $28.00 for parking inwhich I had to drag my luggage some distance to the hotel lobby. (I'm 76 years old.) I thought under the Hilton name this location would reflect considerable representation? But it did not. This location made Best Western look like a palace.

I was a bit skeptical of parking availability, but there were no issues in getting a space. Check in was great. Although the room wasn’t ready, I checked my bag and it was delivered to my room upon my return.

Perfect spot to take a train the next morning. Excellent restaurant.

Would’ve been nice to have at least one window to open.

This was my second stay at The Fin. My first stay was lovely. However, this time I brought my daughter with me and booked a double room. Firstly, the television..the screen is damaged and flickers lines and boxes which essentially makes it unwatchable. Secondly, the room is adjacent to neighboring business that play VERY loud music from open to close making falling asleep with constant booming extremely difficult. I had to purchase ear plugs for the second night. Parking for two nights is expensive and the lot is down an alley. Street parking is difficult so we paid for parking. My next stay in Oside will be somewhere else.

This room was a detached suite behind the main hotel which was a suprise and delight. It is just a 10 minute walk down to the pier. I didn't dine at the restaurant downstairs, but it looks lovely.

Great location, friendly staff, and fair prices

Room was smaller than pictured on the website with very little sunlight and windows. Also very little facilities. Good location.

Nice boutique hotel. They accommodated an early check in, since I had a wedding to attend. Front desk super helpful. Yummy restaurant next door, Little Fawn. Great one night stay!
