Amazing!! Will 100% be staying here again, it’s walking distance from the pier. All the staff was really friendly and from top to bottom it’s extremely clean!!

Our stay was very pleasant, staff was friendly throughout our stay during the 250th Independence Day weekend. We will most definitely be returning and highly recommend others to stay here if you’re visiting Oceanside. The best perks of staying here are by far beach frontage views from your rooms, everything they advertise and more. You’ll just have to book your stay and find out for yourself.

Improvements: One elevator was down during our stay, making extremely long wait times (if we weren’t on the 6th level this wouldn’t be too much of an issue). The noise and busy level during the holiday weekend made it not as relaxing at times in the building and at the pool (lots of kids running around and screaming on our floor, knocking on the door). Really high drink and food prices at the poolside cafe, made it not as desirable to eat on property (so many options off property within a few feet).

Initially, I thought the resort fee and valet costs were high given the room rate. However, we got an ocean view, free umbrella, chairs and boogie board rental with our room so it was fair. Great location, charming hotel, friendly staff! The restaurant on site, Piper, was not as good. The food was average for the high prices. We found the tacos one block up to be delicious!

Incredibly helpful staff, I almost felt bad with how many water bottles we were given :) just an all around wholesome nice place.

The valet and front desk staff were really great and helpful. They forgot to clean our room almost daily and when they did, they left dirty towels on the floor, dirty glasses instead of replacing new ones. They didn't vacuum the room at all and we were here for a week. The pool staff was young and fun but not really on it. No one at the restaurant knew the menu at all and if asked if you asked for help because the coffee was out or for utensils when they brought you your food they acted put out to do so. Pretty disappointing. The bartenders, the front desk and the valet those guys were great, but everyone in between pretty piss poor and lazy and fairly rude.

The Seabird was an excellent stay! The whole hotel is a vibe. The staff is friendly, the location is awesome- a short walk down to the beach, the pier and the area where you can easily find dining (recommend Odies pizza) & small shops. While the $50 daily valet parking was a bit steep, it made me feel secure to have hotel staff take care of it. On the beach, they have a cool metal camper where you can walk up and they provide you with free beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, boogie boards and even kids toys- theyll even set it up for you!! We went for my sons 6th birthday and while the beach & hotel pool was busy during summer break season, we all had a blast and the Seabird only elevated that experience for us. Overall- HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel & resort!!

Great place to stay with the best Beach vibes!!! the beach is just across a small street and the hotel provides beach chair, beach towel and umbrella services for free. If you’re brave enough, the surfboards are free as well. Great staff everyone’s very friendly!!!!!very walkable location.

Wow! We got two queens with an ocean view, and I didn’t expect we would have one of the few rooms that was centered, and overlooking the pool/ocean. Our view was incredible! The staff was amazing! Valet was so easy, and our car would be ready by the time we got downstairs. The only “gripe” I have is you are basically forced to do valet parking, because of Oceanside city parking, so I wasn’t expecting that as an expense. Still worth it, to not worry, and for peace of mind!

A lovely place to stay during our weekend trip! Comfortable, extremely clean and luxurious accommodations, and I loved the elegant decor. We dined onsite at Piper twice and thoroughly enjoyed it. Everyone we came into contact with from beginning to end was warm, friendly, helpful—great hospitality. Also has an exquisite library if you need a place to work. Will definitely return.

The Seabird was truly perfect in every way! From the minute we pulled in, every single staff member was kind, friendly, and super helpful. The bellman even went and found a child size bathrobe for my niece and delivered it along with our luggage. The beach attendants were also amazing and really went above and beyond for us each day we needed our chairs and towels set up. All in all, we highly recommend the Seabird and will try and come back anytime we are in Oceanside.

Amazing experience. Staff was super friendly and warm. Amenities are great. Everything is walkable and their section of the beach is perfect and not rocky. Can’t wait to come back.

This was a charming, clean and friendly hotel. The room was immaculate and had a comfortable mattress. It was one of my favorite vacations I have taken! Thanks, Seabird. We will be back!
