One of the two elevators worked, but the working elevator made weird noices.

Holiday Inn never disappoints!! Staying here madre me feel at home with all the amenities I have at home. The staff was courteous and attentive especially the breakfast morning crew. My delicious breakfast and presentation made it seems luxurious. It rained overnight and the custodial staff was making sure nobody slipped with extending more rugs in the lobby area.Enjoyed my stay !

Breakfast came with my room online but they made me pay 20 for two people and the food was terrible. Later they refunded the money as MY ROOM CAME with breakfast. But it was all a bad experience

Weirdly – the pool was shut down while I was there. The maintenance man stated that the hotel “didn’t wanna pay him overtime“ to monitor the pool over the Fourth of July weekend. When I arrived on Monday, July 6 – the pool was completely green, there was a bunch of shock dumped in it and it remained cloudy until I left. Holiday Inn, please try to get it together with pool maintenance in the summer months. I don’t like staying in a place that has a pool that’s managed in effectively so no one can swim in it.

Great place to stay. Air conditioning works really good

Clean room, clean hotel, convenient to UTPB, dining and shopping.
-
Barely enough water pressure to take a shower and not enough to flush the toilet. Room and hallway both smell bad.
-
Top tier customer service. I wish I would have paid attention to the name of the person who checked us in because they were so kind, helpful and professional. We arrived so late and were exhausted and they got us to our room quickly so we could rest. I would stay again. Great job!!!

Very clean, staff friendly, easy to check in.

Staff was friendly Vomit at the front entrance and nobody cleaning it. No notice that breakfast required a special voucher, loud people making a ruckus in the hall past midnight, people using the ice machine to fill ice chests at 4 am, long periods with no one at the front desk, a tub in my handicapped room, slippery tub with no floor mat, shower head controls frozen with crust, I could say more.

Location, cleanliness, staff, comfortable room. No ice maker on 2nd floor. Have you pay for breakfast. Front desk attendant stayed out of sight.

The proprty is not close to the interstate. Overall the rooms wwere clean and staff was nice and friendly. The property charges 7.00 for parking, and 13.99 for a basic continnental breakfast, or pay 10..00 upon check in. Go somewhere else and eat. I travel that way twice a year and have never had to pay for a basic continental meal. Wouldnt stay there again.

Breakfast was supposed to start at 6AM, and I have to leave for work by 6:15 but many of the mornings the lights were still out by that time and the coffee was cold. The elevator shook and rattled like it was going to come crashing down. The first room they put me in, the air conditioning did not work and they had to move me at 10 at night. The 4th floor where they moved me had an putrid rotten smell as soon as you got off the elevator, it was gag inducing. Very unhappy with my stay and the lack of maintenance at this hotel. Will never stay again.
