When I walked into the lobby, it smelled of marijuana. The clerk was polite and professional. The clerk was only there until 10 pm, and wouldn’t be back until 10 am. The room was very outdated, but was somewhat clean. The towel over the tub to put down when taking a shower was soaking wet and dirty. There was a bar of soap, but no shampoo. Overall, the room and amenities were ok at best. There were four entrance/exits, but two of them didn’t work (safety hazard???). I would not recommend this hotel for future guests. Spend the extra $30 and stay at the holiday inn express one block away. The owners obviously don’t care about their guests and just wanting to make money. I’m just glad I’m a concealed carry holder.

Front desk staff was delightful, but everytime we came down, hotel guests were outside smoking and talking on the phone sitting on the bench right across from the lobby. We stayed on the fouth floor (reserved mostly for 1 night stay guests). The floor had areas that felt unsteady. Our first room had a running toilet and smelled bad, so the lovely front desk person moved us. Totally understand this is a budget hotel so my expectations may be higher than they should be, but I think cleanliness should be a given at a hotel.

Probably the cheapest mattress I’ve ever slept on. Had a small room with a full size mattress. Only lights that worked were the bathroom and main living room. No lamp. So it’s either full blast light or none.

Staff and other residents were kind. Room was frumpy, pictures deceiving as they were older from when the hotel was newer. If you are traveling bring your own dishes, pots, pans etc. nothing is there for you to use, which when looking for a kitchenette I don't bring these items. Due to residents and workers living there , there are a lot of food smells, which was overwhelming for me, but I guess understandable, as I have not stayed at an extended stay before. Not sure when it was built, but again update your picture , so people can get the real effect when viewing online for an educated decision. Average

When we arrived at the property, the manager was in the process of kicking a prostitute out of the entryway. When we arrived in the room, we pulled the sheets back to find mystery stains on the sheets. After not having enough towels for the three of us, we were told that they could only be switched out every 14 days or there would be a $11 charge. Just not a place that I want to take my young daughter and wife on vacation.

I loved how quiet and clean and the rooms are very spacious and I love that they have a small kitchen area you can cook and make your meals and the refrigerator was awesome big and you can fit a lot of groceries in it overall it was amazing to stay here
