Tub did not drain & place smelled heavily of cologne. Cleanliness was marginal.

It was ok ... coffee at check-in was good.

We had a very nice no-charge upgrade. The property is so beautiful outside with fireplaces, koi ponds and walk ways. Wish we could have stayed more than only 1 night.

The hotel had a beautiful garden with a pond and waterfalls. It was relaxing to walk along the path and enjoy the beauty. We had our small dog with us and she was enjoying the walk along the path as well. They also had separate enclosed yards. One for the large dogs and one for smaller dogs to run around in. The rooms were very clean. The kitchen staff were friendly. The only negative I have is the hotel is close to the freeway so you hear the noise. Request a room that does not face the freeway. We will definitely stay here again.

Make sure the fridge and tv work before it’s too late. We heard the hum and just thought it was and ruined some food. The tv wasn’t necessary to our trip but if you wanna zone out make sure. Other than that, very clean very beautiful grounds and loved the staff!

EV charging was very convenient.

Room was good enough - comfortable bed and amenities in room were good. Room was not as clean as expected but it was fine. Pool and back area with waterfall were great and much appreciated after a long drive.

Our room had a balcony facing the pond and fire pits. Indoor pool was great. Spacious rooms and spotless clean, had everything we needed. Nothing will definitely stay again

The property outside is very well maintained! We were travelling with 2 dogs and the dog park was an amazing plus for us. The hotel is also nestled behind a park with three ponds, Fire pit with a very beautiful design. It also has a Pool, Hot tub and exercise room which was clean. Those were the best highlights for me. For the down side, the hotel is showing its age. Lots of broken trims, stains in the window curtains and bathroom tub was unfortunately very disappointing. The drain seems clog and very slow to drain. My wife took a shower and then we went for breakfast next door - Jeremiah. When I got back after an hour the tub was still full of water! The room itself was clean and did not smell like hospital (Bleach) or a wet dog smell, I think the cleaning service is great. But the most disappointing part is the breakfast. My expectations for the breakfast was high, bec it is Best Western Hotel and I was expecting more. What I got was very greasy bacon and what taste like fake eggs and sausage. What save my breakfast was the waffle machine, which is what I ate every morning. The fruits also do not looked fresh. I had better breakfast experience with Motel 6, which is way cheaper to stay. Overall I did enjoy my stay and would rate this hotel 8 out 10. Mainly because the park, pool and hot tub. Room itself was okay at best

The hotel was easy to find and the staff were kind. It was very loud. I could here all the big trucks driving by. The elevator was broke and with a disability it made it very difficult to get my luggage and cooler to my room

We love everything about this property and always stay here for one night on our road trips to break up the drive. Comfy rooms, great breakfast, beautiful grounds, and indoor pool and spa! Also a restaurant adjacent for dinner so you don’t have to drive after a long day of driving. Nothing!

The room was nice and relatively clean. The jetted tub was a little dirty and really loud. I wouldn't pay extra for that again. The staff was friendly, but the next morning check out wasn't until 11am and our door was knocked on twice for cleaning. Be aware that the plumbing is very noisy and don't book a room on the lower floor. The people above us were moving around constantly. It felt like I was home and my kids were running and jumping around upstairs. The grounds were beautiful in the back of the hotel and they had a lot of variety in their breakfast options. This would be a good place to stay for family trips, but not a getaway for a couple unless you don't mind all the noise.
