Only complaint is the room had a slight cigarette smell mixed with a spray that was unpleasant.

Absolutely disgusting. Was not clean whatsoever, very run down and there was an unpleasant smell that filled the room. The outlets didn’t want to work, the shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months and it smelled like rotten baby formula. The bedding was dirty and when we had asked for clean bedding at the front desk we were given a disgusted look. We were handed the “clean” bedding but we didn’t get a blanket or enough pillow cases and we had to strip the bed and replace the bedding ourselves. After making the bed we realized that the new bedding was not clean either. The bed was severely stained and so were the pillows, very uncomfortable and smelled bad. One of the entrance doors was broken so anyone could get into the building. There were people constantly slamming doors and being loud, nothing was done about it. This place looked nothing like the photos and honestly don’t know how it has decent reviews. We were on the road for over 12 hours and were looking forward to a good nights rest at what we thought was a nice hotel but we were extremely disappointed when we got there and realized what we walked into. Even my young child was pointing out the obvious neglect of the room and was uncomfortable with how dirty everything was, especially the bedding. We only ended up staying a few hours before we couldn’t handle the smell and the state of the room. Will never stay here again.
