Good size rooms. The carpeting and bedspread make it seem unsanitary and outdated, but the room was clean enough. Very peaceful grounds.

Large room with comfortable bed but nothing fancy. Appreciated being able to walk to the beach from the hotel.

We stayed here for 2 night, a family of four. The room was on the second floor, we had a problem with the toilet not flushing properly and they tried fixing it but it just broke after one time of use and my husband ended fixing it himself. Water pressure was not great and the beds weren't anything special. The property is definitely outdated and needs work. I would not recommend and would not stay again.

This was possibly the cleanest motel we've ever encountered! Both the room itself and the grounds were immaculate. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, parking was easy and the location was convenient to Footbridge Beach and downtown Ogunquit. It was very quiet with sufficient soundproofing between rooms. A great, family-friendly place to stay with picnic tables, gas bbq grills, lawn areas and both an indoor and an outdoor pool. We would definitely book a room here again.

We really found this to have everything we needed. Loved the indoor pool and places to sit outside. Walkable to the beach, and so convenient to drive into town for ice cream, the waterfront, shops, and went to Library, and to the Ogunquit Playhouse which was great!!! The room had everything we need!!!

Very quiet and relaxing...friendly staff and guests...the only thing was the soda machine was out of order...but definitely a fantastic place to stay.

Location was perfect for our needs and comfort. The indoor pool was quite cold. There was no hot tub or other place to enjoy the outdoors in cooler weather. A fire pit would be nice for cooler nights.

Great rates. Outdoor pool wasn't quite working and the indoor pool was very hazy. I think they need to do some pool work for sure. Overall, the experience was good. Friendly staff and within walking distance of the beach and downtown. Minor issues with pools can be fixed.
