Beautiful, newly renovated. Extremely clean and comfortable. Large rooms. Beautiful pool and outdoor games for the kids. Excellent location as well!

They speak Spanish. Very friendly, kind and helpful.

The place was freshly updated. Lovely renovations and outdoor/pool area. Friendly staff. As this is freshly renovated, our room's bathroom needed a good clean. Lots of construction dust. Also-- VERY WEAK internet. Barely a signal in the room and because the TV is Direct TV through the internet, that barely worked. The streaming services didn't work on the smart TV. Wi-fi definitely needs an upgrade.

When my daughter was their age (7-11), places we stayed at required a minor to be 16 years old to sit in the hot tub because younger ones don’t produce sweat the way someone does after puberty. If anything happened to a minor, the hotel would be liable. I’m sure the heat was turned off but hot tubs are for quiet relaxation -not a private pool for kids to take over.

We loved the pool, which was huge and clean! The beds were comfortable! We all slept well! Location was convenient to shopping & beach! No breakfast restaurant on property

Staff was friendly. It's would be perfect if there was a Continental breakfast and fire pit, maybe arcades for kids or family movie night. Overall a very comfortable stay!

The beds were perfect, and having a pool was a bonus too. The showers could have been a little bit higher for a taller person but thats about it.

It was very close to the beach The beds were too soft the toilet did not flush the room smelt like a pool and it was over priced for one night

I like the facility especially since it is one of the facilities where I am able to bring my pup with me. I think the staff at the front desk when contacted about my charger that I forgot in the room upon checking out and was told that they did not have it but it was untrue. then when I was told I would be in contact with how they would get it out to me I was told by the front desk person that it was not their fault that I left my charger followed by them hanging up. This is very bad customer service if you ask me. I was trying to contact them as soon as I realized that I left my charger in the room and to get it back.

I loved the large bathroom. The room was a good size. The staff at the front desk were very nice. I would have liked more fresh towels in the room. A few more waters in the room.

Better lighting in rooms there was only one lamp in room. The was no lamp on the work desk. Or on all sides of the bed. We difficult to read or do any other activities. Also the toilet are to low it makes in difficult for people who Have mobility issues the stand. At the least you should have grab bars by the toilets.

There were cameras in the room which I'm going to report to authorities. It was attached under the tv and i kept pictures of it. I want a full refund. Feel violated. This isn't acceptable. My name is Brian Milliken room #109 Having a camera in the room is ridiculous
