Everything was good!

We were greeted with friendliness and appreciation and a complimentary beverage and it felt like they were trying the whole time to do a good job. What else can you ask for?

That being said, we had a concerning experience during our stay. After housekeeping cleaned our room, they left our door open when they finished. We were away for the entire day, leaving all of our belongings unsecured. Fortunately, nothing was missing, but this is a serious oversight and something that should never happen. If you’re looking for an affordable place to stay, this hotel may be a suitable option, but keep your expectations modest when it comes to service and attention to detail.

Had a peaceful stay at Ogunquit River Inn and Suites. Very clean, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, continental breakfast with lots of choices for those with dietary issues. The pool was clean and no chlorine smell. The location on the north end of Ogunquit was beautiful and quiet.

Room was spotless, staff is friendly and breakfast had lots of options. Convenient location between Wells and Ogunquit. Would stay here again.

The room was clean and in an excellent location! The staff were very friendly; my only note is the breakfast is pretty lackluster compared to a few other places we stayed at for our trip. But everything else is great, here!

Beautiful property, amazing view, close to beach

The staff was excellent and the room immaculate. Our room had no balcony, which was disappointing. It would have been nice to have a small table and chairs in the room.

Instead just weekends to serve 2 hot breakfast items, have for all 7 days.

Excellent place and staff

This ida beautiful hotel close to all beaches, dining, and shopping in ogunquit and wells. It is unique because it sits on a hill. Everything was great. The only reason for 4 stars is all the stairs. Be sure you know where your room is located because you might end up dragging your stuff up and down some steep and lengthy stair cases.

The staff was very welcoming and pleasant. The view from our balcony room overlooking the Ogunquit river was beautiful and tranquil. The breakfast included was better than average with many offerings including warm entrees. Nice comfy robes (even slippers included) was a bonus.

Very clean rooms, friendly staff eager to help, easy parking, good breakfast and hot drinks available all day, peaceful setting with a nice view.
