View is awesome, nice balcony, air-con works well, beds comfortable, breakfast good, TV has many channels however TV remote has lack of functions, found it hard to use.... shower door needs fixing, continued to roll open while showering, access to room only by stairs

Only a short one-night stay, but facility was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious and room amenities were excellent.

The room was clean and comfortable with the exception of the mattresses. The one we slept on the first night was worn out and softer than an air mattress. We slept on the second queen the following night, which was more firm, but emitted an unpleasant odor. This is the only thing we didn't love about the room and property.

We had a great stay! The staff was friendly. Great variety at breakfast. Loved the view from our room. Room was clean and comfortable.

Nice helpful staff, beautiful area along river.

We were on the terrace level however I did not realize that meant we had to carry our luggage down a very steep hill and back up that hill when we left. I thought booking the ground floor would prevent that issue. I only ask that it is made clear ahead of time.

Our only complaint, (which was a big deal for us) was that we could hear tons of banging in the morning which woke us each morning at 8 am daily. We could also hear vacuuming at 10:30 pm. If you book a stay here, be sure to request that you are not put in a room under the lobby,
