Everything was great, but housekeeping was scarce. The last 2 days I was there, i got nothing but towels on my door. I was there for almost a week. I wasn't too excited about the only lock being the door knob. A second lock would have been nice Otherwise I highly recommend this place. The office staff was awesome, thank you!

Clean rooms

Dirty. And got no bath towels

Toiles d’araignées au plafond, Mobilier vieux et tâché. Plusieurs insectes dans la chambre. Draps avec des taches.

The staff was super nice and helpful. The rooms were really cute. They had a little 2 burner stove, microwave, toaster, and mini fridge. There was a little common area with a sofa, coffee table, and TV. The 2 bedrooms were clean and comfy. This was a very family friendly place to stay. I would recommend staying here.

It smells like mold or dirty which could be the air conditioner filter or the rug. We were six and only had 2 towels.
-
Spacious. Quiet
-
Not the newest place but it served exactlywhat we needed

The room was not well maintained at all. The lamp shade had water stains, sheets had visible stains, the AC was so old it was brown, the room smelled like musty old cigarettes and moving around in the bed it sounded like a drum. Thankfully, the staff were very kind and helpful

Staff was excellent very friendly and helpful.

Big place pet friendly
-
Don’t expect fancy or stylish, but it’s friendly and the staff is great.

The smell was absolutely awful. I’m sure there was mold in the room when they said it was under renovation. I assume that I would get a renovated room however it needs a top to bottom due over. I understand that the price was extremely low, so it just proves you get what you pay for

Went to Ogunquit for the weekend. My stay wasn't bad. The bed was comfortable. The heat was good. The other occupants were pretty quiet. I like the chairs outside the door as well. didn't leave towels.
-
The door lock did not feel secure and the air-conditioning barely worked
-
The room was very clean and the air conditioning worked well, especially for an older facility.
-
The location. Nice pool The room appeared very clean but had a weird smell sort of a moldy musty smell which improved after I opened all the windows. Also the ac was very loud. The cloth covering on the only chair in the room was stained but the bed was fine

noticed much needed upgrades to rooms were underway. Good thing, very much needed based on the nails and holes in the floor and the mold behing the toilet

Bathrooms no hand towel rack. No place to put bath towels. Small bathroom. Broken window in room. Broken shade. Lamps are old and one did not work. Only one ac for all three rooms. Couch was very small. No tvs in bedrooms. No check in packet was given with wifi info, facilities or places in area to see. Pool was not maintained. Needed weed whacking around fencing. Had to ask for towels nothing was replaced by housekeeping until we asked even when they cleaned room. Will not return
