Wells-Ogunquit Resort Motel & Cottages

Stayed one night at this property as I traveled to Canada.

It was nice. The room was clean, could definitely use some upgrades though. The kids loved the pool, and I did like that they had grills on property. Close enough to the beach but next time I would probably opt for something more within walking distance. Cute little breakfast display in the morning with fresh baked muffins.

Great place and perfect location

AC did not keep room cool but it was 100 degrees outside so it may have been a fluke thing. The pool only goes to 4ft it was very small, lots of kids enjoyed it but we did not bring kids and would have enjoyed a larger pool. Staff was great. Very clean. Breakfast was good.

This motel was perfect for a one-night stay as we drove thru Ogunquit. Our flight was delayed, so we were late getting in. Staff notified me ahead of time that the lobby would be closed, what room number we had, and let me know that the door was unlocked and the key inside our room. Not used to that, but it worked for us! Room was clean, beds were comfy. Breakfast was nice, but light (no meats/eggs). Room is a bit dated, but that seems to be the norm for that area. I would stay here again if in the area.

It was a little better than your standard continental breakfast. I enjoyed it.

Overall a wonderful stay! The one area that could use some improvement is breakfast. The selection was minimal and the muffins were underbaked in the middle. Otherwise would highly recommend due to the friendly staff, large rooms, pool, and location. Thank you for a great stay!

The room was wonderful - I loved having a fridge and microwave. It was roomy and very clean! All the amenities were great - we loved the pool. Very thankful to the staff and all their hard work!

Have stayed multiple times here. But that last time was in 2023. Since then it must have sold. Just came from 4 nights here. Free breakfast needed some protein items rather than all carbs. And the strong incense smell in the lobby was a turn off when looking at breakfast options. Rooms are needing some improvements but for a basic motel it met all the marks. The staff were friendly.

Was as good a hotel as any

very clean place a lil older but staff and owners was very nice awesome pool the breakfast was a lil small no eggs or protein but good for coffee n muffin .. lotsa of stuff to do around there tons of beaches and restaurants was good . close to york beach and ohunquit beaches

This is the 2nd yr staying here. Very nice rooms. Clean.

Perfect place to stay for our trip to Acadia National Park. Convenient location at a reasonable price. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The reception staff were not friendly. The cleaning staff were extremely helpful.

The air conditioner unit was very noisy.

Rooms are clean. If you need something ask. Staff were helpful and friendly. Pool was open and there is a small playground for kids at the back of the property.

This is an excellent place to stay. We wish we had stayed here over the previous place. Great people, room along with the whole property was spotless. I mean SPOTLESS. I guess it’s family owned and run and they are super sweet and their care really shows with the property. We will definitely come back to this area again and will stay here.
