Ne'r Beach Motel

This was perfect for a small group that isn't looking for all the frills. We rented a 1 room suite....a twin and pullout sofa in one room, and a queen in the other, plus everything a kitchen would have and a FULL size fridge which was awesome. We all loved the pool, loved having the grill to cook lunch and the firepit at night. There was a little deck off the entry which is where we put bathing suits to dry and all our floats, pool stuff, etc. The wifi is a little spotty but still worked. The staff was great and helpful for whatever we needed. We would stay here again!

The suite was absolutely not cleaned before we entered infact the ONLY thing that had been done was the beds were made. All surfaces including the floor were filthy and unswept, we were left with NO toilet paper! the sink drainer was filled with food from whoever was there last!!!!

This motel is Not Handicap Accessible at All. We were able to get into the room with maneuvers but there are No ramps anywhere. No grab bars in the bathroom and toilets are standard but low for Handicap folks. Bring a seat riser with you and a portable ramp if you have one. We would stay here again, with our pups, but maybe not with our handicapped family member. It is wonderful that they are dog friendly (for an extra fee obviously). The rooms are very clean and bright. The coffee make was sketchy and we didn't use it because it looked like it needed a proper cleaning with vinegar and water or coffee machine cleaner. Refrigerator was excellent to have on these hot days!

Clean room, but had a musty smell. The place could use some updating. Wifi doesn't work. Staff was helpful.

It was cheaper and it accepted dogs that’s why I booked it My hot water didnt work, the room was rundown , it was cheap I didn’t have many expectations honestly

Very near to Beaches , shops and places to eat. Nice stay, will come back again,

It’s beautiful first off, not to mention well kept and welcoming. The staff was friendly, actually friendly. There was a dog park out back- small and I mean tiny but perfect for a single dog to have a fair 10-15 minute off leash run or fetchies with their people. Sprawling back yard that I didn’t expect either. Please boost the WiFi.

Price was average No blankets…..Only a sheet and a bed cover

The effort from the hostess to try and rectify the situation. The girl that worked the front desk was the only pleasant part of the stay. The 1st room was like a broom closet so she moved me to a bigger 1 but the TV was broken, finally she gave me a suite. That was kind and so I stayed, but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unfortunately. The price was fair so I guess you get what you pay for. :(

Great location. Room was very clean & the property nicely maintained. Some dog owners didnt clean up after their dogs though. 2nd time staying here & will definitely be back. Check-in was quick & staff was very pleasant.

Good price for an overnight stay it’s still pretty cold so obviously the pool wasn’t open the room I was given was very dated but sufficient would stay again

I'm so grateful to find an inexpensive place to stay that was completely fine. I felt safe and even had a microwave and fridge in the room (which many expensive places don't). I agree with the reviews suggesting that you request a blanket right away, because there's only a sheet and a very light bedspread. I already had a blanket with me, so I just used that. It was clean. The heater worked well. The furnishings are outdated and a few things were a little worn, but for the price it was fine. Staff were friendly on the phone and described clearly how the self check-in works for late arrivals.
