Room size and comfortable bed. Friendly front desk staff. Hair dryer didnt work. Room freezer needed to be defrosted as the door wouldn’t shut all of the way. Wallpaper peeling from corner of the room.

The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. We were able to bring our dog. We will definitely return I wish the garbage pails were bigger

Good location with ample parking. Noise level--disturbed all night by upstairs noise--thin walls. Bare floors in room. Other guests camping outside--tents, grills.

The cabin location on the property and that we had like a small yard for our pets. That it is close to the attractions, shops, and stores. It rained one night and rain came in the bottom of front door, the three light post outside our cabin did not work, beds were uncomfortable - need new matresses.

The outside of the property is very misleading as the exterior is well manicured, unfortunately the rooms were akin to staying at a low rate Super 8 motel. We had to be moved as the first room smelled so heavily with mold and mildew, and the second room was slightly better. Propped open the door hoping that would help since there were no windows we could open for proper ventilation, to no avail. After a terrible night with little to no sleep and soreness from the lack of quality of the beds we opted to just drive home rather than stay the second night we paid for...and of course, no refund would be considered because we were already placed in a different room that was "better" than the first. Watch what you say in order to be polite as it backfires on you. Will never make this mistake again.

There was hair on floor and bath tub and the room had a bad chemical oder, not a cleaning product oder a bad chemical oder… didn’t sleep because of it.
